Lone Wolf 1. Get good takes where the vocalist sings both takes well enough in time or 2. VocAlign. But You should really not rely on a plugin, try to get the vocalist to do it well from the get-go and if you need to use VocAlign to fix little stuff then do it

Layers mate. Have them high. Have them low. Have them wispered then blend them till it sounds good. And have the dominant one up front
