Leon needs to develop a killer no mercy instinct he 2 soft and he gives up on himself. When he gets to the ground he accepts the position and gives up way 2 much control time with no sense of urgency to get up or at least make his opponent pay from the bottom with elbows or submission attempts. Tommy is probably gonna be sitting down close to a year with an interim title if Jon vs Stipe is November or December. It's unfortunate for him because he has fought twice since Jon's over a year layoff. At this point Stipe needs to fight Gane, Blaydes or Almeida since that fight don't have the same hype it did a year ago and just let Tom fight Jon in November instead since the demand is so high now!!!
