    Hello doctor,
I have been following you for more than a year, i have been suffering from fissure for past 4 years. From your videos , i took help of a pelvic floor therapist. As you were saying in videos, she did concentrate on hip exercises, glute exercises, kegel , core strengthening..and it is helping my digestion nd the recurrence of my fissure has come down. With proper diet, water , exercise and sleep, my fissure recurrence has reduced, Thankyou so much doctor. I have also ordered Pranicura , i will write review after using it .

Hi, I had a Perianal abscess and the cause was found to be an anal fissure which was there for over 5-8 years. The MRI scan also shows a sinus tract. Although the abscess wound healed within 4 weeks, the fissure pain lasted and this made me so anxious. Thankfully I followed your advice about diet and diltiazem cream and after this regime within 1 week the fissure is also wearing away and bowel motions are less painful. I was so paranoid and scared that I did not work for 1 month worrying that a fistula was forming inside. Your channel was a glimmer of sense among the widespread scare that is the internet and am so grateful. I am also interested in getting some pranicura to prevent the fissure coming again or getting bigger. Thanks.

Yep. Got a hemmeroid a few years ago, was told by doctor to use Proctysedyl cream (contains a steroid)....cream thinned the skin....got a fissure, then fistula. Surgery for fistula in a month (which I've read are sometimes difficult to cure, even with repeated surgery), plus hem banding (which I've read & been told is not a permanent fix anyway....or can even make the situation worse). My mental health has never been great but the last few years, I've never been lower. I've withdrawn from everyone & everything, even my kids. I dont leave the house unless I really have to. I keep wondering how much Endone it would take to leave it all behind, permanently.

Hi I have some fluid coming out from my ass 😂 I’m after hemorrhoid surgery week and 3 days I have mucus coming out its yellow red and it smells do I have infection

  • @gramaCatherine

I’ve had fissure symptoms and spasm for almost 8 months.
My GI gave me ointment starting in March with
    Bethanecol. 0.1%
    L Arginine. 0.4 %
    Nifedipine. 0.2 %
    Lidocaine. 5.0 %
It’s seems that if I remember it 4x/ day, it helps 50%,,, that is the sharp stabs are only pain 7 and the general pain is only 4-5.
But as soon as I forget for a day- it all gets worse for days. I think I need a virtual consult.
Internal Rapimil was suggested by someone else, but my Dr doesn’t use it.
    I need help please
