@@rahmamansour2030 I had to return the device to Apple. It turned out it was a hardware problem. Took about a week then I got a new one. Hopefully they work better. Kinda sad such an expensive product has so poor quality

I bought AirPods Pro two months ago and had no issues completely satisfied up until the firmware update. After the update only the left connects the right one doesn’t. I read somewhere after attempting numerous troubleshooting that it can be that only the working airpod updated and the right one is probably on the old firmware. Do you have any tips that might help?

This worked by pushing the buds into the case for few seconds and trying a full reset, then the light changed to Amber for few seconds and then white and now the airpods is working absolutely fine.
This is great information! Mine worked by cleaning the inside of my case. Once I placed my AirPods back into the case, it instantly started to connect. I give this a ten out of ten and a subscribe.

When I plug in, light turns amber, when I quick press the reset button. . . Light turns green. One day I was using my AirPods on my 11 pro and then connected them to my iPad Pro. . . After disconnecting from the iPad, they were still showing up in my phone but wouldn’t connect. So I did the reset press and nothing happened. Unpaired them. . . They never paired again. I’m still getting the other two lights but the pairing white light does not come on at all, no matter how long I press and hold and how many times I do it. mine hadn’t connected for almost 3 years and this actually helped get them to connect! holding them down in the case while holding the button was a success! but unfortunately the right side isn’t charging like the left side, so that one died almost immediately.

@@d3racksss i have the same problem when i disconnect the watch it works perfectly but as soon as the watch is connected my phone freezes. when i put my airpods with the lid open and connected to the phone and power for about 15 minutes it fixed the issue but only for couple of hours. i hope that someone knows how to resolve the issue

I had lost my 1st gen and that’s why I bought the pro. Somehow when I was mowing they fell out and was outside for 2 weeks. Once I found them I already bought pros. I love my noise cancellation on my pros, but they always seem to jack up or I can’t get them to connect in my ear.

@@Rone33 factory reset them, take them out and thoroughly clean the case with an earbud a few times and clean the airpods. Then put them back in and push them in as much as you can with your fingers whilst holding the pair button

Thank you , all I had to do was press on the AirPods and the button at same time and it worked. Previously tried to just press on the button on its own but didn’t work.
I charged my case and AirPods Pro’s for hours and there won’t show any flashing light at all and the popup won’t show up, and I can’t even connect it. What do I do? Please help!!

Did yours stopped working, like only the right one would connect and it wouldn’t say charging for the left one only for the right one and the case? And it look liked it would not work anymore?
What step worked
@@Rone33 factory reset them, take them out and thoroughly clean the case with an earbud a few times and clean the airpods.
Then put them back in and push them in as much as you can with your fingers whilst holding the pair button
