I love your energy, and how much you have made me love Malta the more. I selflessly love Malta. I will be in Malta this year by GOD'S grace, and I hope to bump into you someday. Keep up with the good work Alex. Sending you so much love from Nigeria. Ihuoma
Alex this video should be more than 20 minutes so I am giving you 50/50 I am joking dear thanks for this amazing video It helps people like me who have plans to visit beautiful Malta.
Well Alex I live in England and I TRY to stick to my food shopping list and always add up (on my paper list) as I go round the shop, yes things are increasing in price so just buy something else, I’m spending very little more than I was 12 months ago. Have a good day and maybe see you again next year 😎☕️
@@AlexinMalta well Alex I’ve been a widow for 47 years so have learnt to be careful and economical, I used to work on a supermarket till and so many people just ‘pick up’ regardless of the cost. Have a good day ☕️
Alex, you just can't make a mistake with these videos. Genuine interactions, fun, and interesting topics, with Malta in the background! What more we could ask for? :D
I'm glad I hear people saying so. Coz I felt I was careful, yet I spent 800€, if i deprived myself of everything, 400€-500€! 😢 So I'm glad it s not just me 😅😅😅😅😅 i was like"i have no discipline.. But no... 😮😢
Your so up beat Alex and your such a gentleman xx your videos are great it was expensive even back in 2015 compared to UK thought I would let you know and back then it. Was the electric and water that was very expensive and know now electric is expensive all over the world. I lived in Malta from 2004 until 2015 I lived in Madliena when I lived in Malta
Hello Alex, love everything you are sharing about Malta, especially because its so genuine. It will be really interesting if in the future you do a video on international students living in Malta :D
Can you explain mini markets? I was suprised with prices. I paid 8 euros for 1 liter orange juice and 0.5l of pina colada juice .1 protein Zott drink is 3 euros..that is twice the price than here in Croatia
I love your Videos Alex and especially love the way you try to cover so many diverse and important topics. One jarring thing in this video was when you exclaimed “Ostia” . I was born in Malta 74 years ago and lived there until my early twenties. That used to be a very BAD swear word because it referred to the consecrated host used during mass and which is kept in the tabernacle. I am not sure if this swear word still has the very negative connotations in this day and age but I would suggest you don’t use it yourself especially because you’re such a nice person.
I've got a job offer in Malta with a paid for shared apartment included...but the salary is around 1100 euros a month. I was wondering if that's enough for food and going out. My impression after this video is that you'll probably be left with nothing after doing groceries and a bit of outside entertainment
Alex - Thanks for all the great videos. This is part question and part idea for video - We are visiting over Christmas (21st Dec - 3rd Jan) staying in Valletta. Wanting to hire a car and knowing we won't be able to park easily near our hotel. Google Maps seems to show parking around the Independence Ground but is it Free? And is it easy to find a parking place? If we are parking for multiple days I'm wondering how expensive it is? We could then walk to our hotel in about 15 minutes so hoping this is an option.
Dropped the car, using the public transport. Rent increased from 800 to 1200 for a one BR. So basically I am working to pay my rent. Is this life or just survival?
Alx I love your vidios and I am motivated for applying for job in malta ..but, still I didn't get job offer letter and real agency NB I studied MBA and PhD in management studies in india an currently I am working ethiopia..I have 10 years expriance as the driver, researcher, leader, team Coordinator...and so on I need any related job in malta.
WELCOME TO COSMOPOLITAN BEAUTIFUL MALTA 🇪🇺 🌏 😊. A point of interest, I stand corrected, is that "cost of living" (🍸🍾 🍻 🕺not included 😊) in Malta seems to have plateaued this last year. Alex, I'm wandering if there's any Maltese still living in Malta - will the last one leaving turn the lights off 😂 🤣 😂. It was nice to see young Elif 🇹🇷 looking well and happy, Malta must agree with her 🤗 😊. As always : INTERESTING TOPIC 🤔. THANKS Alex🚶€€ 🎤🎥👏. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ™
Hi Alex, found your video useful as I am also looking opportunity in EU. Can u help me to confirm if there any university called UCB United Campus of Malta???? For an offer from here. But no information over Google.
Really sad. They all spend per month more then middle class person earn in Malta. I'm living UK and i spend less including rent and bills per month then most of this people in video(I'm not living in shared apartments and I'm not really struggling to keep my expenses low)
@@AlexinMaltaP.S - I like your videos. I just was shocked to hear people are spending 1000e just for food in country where minimum salary for some hotel cleaning stuff is like what 780e per month 😢
I'm so glad everyone loves Malta. The side you are not showing is what all these immigrants have done to the locals. All the cheap labor taking jobs from the teens. In your video you show someone or say you know someone making $30,000 euros a month. That's great explains why young REAL Maltese are being denied when trying to buy property. We are basically selling our country to foreigners. THE SAME FOREIGNERS that never welcomed us into their countries. Why don't you shed some light on the illegal migrants paying $5000 a piece in hopes to coming to Malta to work. The ones being promised a good life in Malta? The ones living 15 per flat? Taking the jobs from local teens? This is what you should be showing as Malta is heading for a boiling point similar to that in the UK and US. Time to take our country back.
Dont blaspheme Alex..... learn what u are saying in Maltese. U blasphemed Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, in other videos Our Lady (il-Madonna) and u regularly take the name of Jesus in Vein. This are very grave sins. Alex and you offend God and Our Lady.... don't pick up the worst attributes of us Maltese. God and Our Mother love you and all of us very much and they dont deserve that disrespect and you can loose your soul 😢
