Albert Park Run 09/03/2024 |

So this week was a trip to Albert Park , I think it was my 7th run there completed this one in 23:59 although I believe this is my fastest park run in around 20:23.
This week was pretty cold mainly due to the wind that went straight through you, it was also quite misty, however I did manage to fly my drone up to view the course and as usual recorded the whole route on my gopro on time-lapse

@@DFDVP ha mine too, but it’s the only parkrun course I’ve ran ha. Great video anyway bud. Shows the area in a good light. Nice to see myself in it also. 💪
