Many thanks for the " TREADMILL TV" video's you guys are making. I use these for my rowing machine mostly, and sometimes the Treadmill. Since he writes it's a 5k (3.2m) and the video is 26 min roughly a little over an 8min mile pace? I did this to music at 150 bpm and he was going alot faster than that!
