Love this run. Many times I'd be out in the morning, before the crowds, and do a morning jog from the Ihilani...until disney came and ruined everything. Thanks for posting!
Beautiful, relaxed run along concrete paths - there's plenty of other people walking and jogging along what appears to be morning around a beautiful resort.
I have been waiting a long long time for a running video like this filmed in Hawaii. It brings me back to my High School years and training for the Honolulu Marathon and Cross Country and Track!
Beautiful scenery and great video! I'm impressed how there is no shaking either. This will be even more perfect for the treadmill in a few months when we have winter and snow in Sweden. Thanks!
So little daylight this Dec. 22nd. In my MA location we're lucky if the winter temps break 30 degrees. My treadmill workout today was joyful thanks to your stunning upload! Wishing you good health and great runs in the new year.
These are all GREAT video's for both the Treadmill AND the Concept2 Rower. I have a TV Monitor in front of both machines and use these videos w/great music that pumps through my workout room. Many Thanks once again for your uploads!
Awesome video, thanks for posting. It was snowing at my house this morning so inside treadmill was the option. This was great! My favorite is watching to see how people you are getting close to are going to move.
Excellent! from my basement treadmill in Brussels, I now virtually ran on Hawaii! The video is good quality & you really watched every detail I saw (not film too much in the sun, don't show your other hand in the footage, ... ). Nice one! :)
ok so when I was here i weighed 327 pounds. since then i have lost 140 pounds and always wished i could have run and been fit during this trip. I was very thankful that i found this video this morning because it brought me back to my time at the Ko'Olina resort. think about how surprised i was when somewhere in the 20 to 25 min mark i ran by my mother in law. you shot this while we were there.
Thank you for my workout today. I use a Jumpsport Rebounder for cardio and using your videos are perfect for days that I don't want to think, but just move. 30 minutes is my go-to time frame. It's very easy to take your longer workouts and break them up into 20 and 30 minutes segments at a time. :)
Thank you for this. It really helps my 0400 run during the week. I actually felt as if I was running and dodging turning vehicles and people blocking the sidewalk. 😎
I really enjoyed this run, but I kept wanting you to pan right so I could see the view. Very steady though and like others have said I never really noticed the time. Thanks!
These are great, thank you so much for taking the time to UL 👍 5.5mph is a nice 2.5mile 🏃🏻. Got a bit carried away and tried running round a few people in the way and almost fell off my treadmill 😂😂 the time flies by great job 👍👍sub'd
Thank you for the great video. I've been using this daily for 2 weeks. I'm in Paso Robles California. Could you please make an out & back video on the same trail. That would be about an hour run.
Awesome idea great path choice. Any chance you could hold camera in your left hand. Maybe it's the footballer in me but I wanted to sidetep or lower a should into those posts. And running on the path edge was freaking me out. Haha thanks a tonne though. Just some input.
Try to keep the camera in the middle of the path of travel.. I kept finding myself trying to move over to the center of the path. LOL great videos keep it up!!
Thanks for these videos. I won't be watching this one again. Too many walking obstacles, my brain kept trying to avoid running into pedestrians which made me almost lose my balance a couple times during high intensity intervals.
Thanks for the video my goal last week Sunday (not the one that just past) was to run 10 minutes everyday before bed then this Sunday was to move to 15 and increase by 5 every week until an hour of running/ jogging this week however I accidentally jogged 20 minutes while watching tv and then I thought to myself might as well run an extra 10 However I started to get bored so i youtube running scenery and it gave me this video and I ran for 35 minutes while. It distracted me so it can be used on a treadmill or by just running on foot
Whew! Your videos motivate me every treadmill run, so I subscribed to you. I just have a question: How and what do you use to record your videos? It's so smooth and stable! Hopeful for your reply. Thanks! :O :D
Had to stop it and switch to a different video to run to. I'm guessing the camera was on the runner's right shoulder because I kept feeling like I was going to run into light poles and trip over tree roots. I would unconsciously drift to the left side of the treadmill to try to avoid the obstacles and I thought I might actually drift so far over that I'd hit the edge and get hurt.
Great video but, you seem to have the camera set to the right which is very odd to follow. You start half on the path and half off, you also just miss lampposts each time you pass which feels very unnatural.
This is pretty frustrating. I would expect a run in Hawaii to be on the beach or up in the lush hills, to show me the incredible scenery rather than showing me a paved path through hotels and a ton of meandering tourists. The pace was good, but why on earth didn't this person run on the beach?

So thankful for this on another dreary winter indoor running day! Loved it! Thank you! Now if we could only send the breeze and the scents!🌴🌊
I am practically in tears. I ran this route on our family vacation. This is great, thanks a lot.

Oh my, that scenery is absolutely beautiful. Just did the treadmill with this video and it made the time go faster. Thank you for posting.
Thanks for posting this video, it made running on the treadmill bearable during this cold and rainy Northeast Ohio weather.
Really enjoyed this on the treadmill as I didn't find myself watching the time. Thanks for sharing 😃
Thank you for this vid! I spent many a vaca at the Ihilani and would walk the lagoons every morning. Aloha!

So grateful for this, as I walk on treadmill in my basement and there is snow outside.
Thank you for this. It really helps my 0400 run during the week. I actually felt as if I was running and dodging turning vehicles and people blocking the sidewalk. 😎
Thank you! Nice run to treadmill in the cold north dark!
Fantastic! Thank you for uploading.
Thankyou for filming this - I loved it!
Watching this during May 2020 on my spin bike. Love the ambient sound and then I can play my own music. I adjust the playback speed to 1.5. 😀
Beautiful! I can hardly wait to there myself. I might not leave when I do.
Thanks for uploading, I use to run in Lanikai, Kailua, I needed this!
Great job on this virtual run I use it frequently .
I really enjoyed this run, but I kept wanting you to pan right so I could see the view. Very steady though and like others have said I never really noticed the time. Thanks!

Do one around the lagoons....
The camera is a Hero 3+. I'm glad the quality is ok, sometimes RUclips can down grade a video due to bandwidth.
Try to keep the camera in the middle of the path of travel.. I kept finding myself trying to move over to the center of the path. LOL great videos keep it up!!
Super cool thank
Sweet Sweat! 🔥

just started running on treadmill, loved doing it this way!
New favourite channel.
+Sophtine Awesome!
Good video quality in a lovely place. I wish the videographer had pointed the camera more to the ocean than the sidewalk and people he was passing.
Whew! Your videos motivate me every treadmill run, so I subscribed to you. I just have a question: How and what do you use to record your videos? It's so smooth and stable! Hopeful for your reply. Thanks! :O :D
Oh, nevermind me! I just noticed you said that you used a Hero camera. Thanks anyways! xD :)
Thank you v much. Really enjoyed. Where exactly did you run? Those hotels look nice and We're thinking of going for a vacation. Thanks again.
Love this! How many miles was this run ?
Had to stop it and switch to a different video to run to. I'm guessing the camera was on the runner's right shoulder because I kept feeling like I was going to run into light poles and trip over tree roots. I would unconsciously drift to the left side of the treadmill to try to avoid the obstacles and I thought I might actually drift so far over that I'd hit the edge and get hurt.
I like this video, especially its high quality. Which camera are you using?
Great video but, you seem to have the camera set to the right which is very odd to follow. You start half on the path and half off, you also just miss lampposts each time you pass which feels very unnatural.
very good scenery but could better with background music. thanks!
How many miles?
❤
do u edit the speed? some of those people looked awfully strange walking as well as guy doing push ups
I've been there b4
When I record with a go pro stick, I still get shaky vids. How do you keep it so still?
Connect with me on Facebook and we'll talk :)
l love ......
Do you have a map of this run like on strava
No map on this one. Just the path between the lagoons and the resorts.
♡☆♡☆♡

There is no God but Allah Muhammad the Messenger of Allah and Allah Is The Greatest
