Best way to cheer anyone up is to look at these these fantastic views. I'm watching this in UK, where it's dull, wet and windy. Thanks for a relaxing video.

I love Ko Olina. We were going to move there, The prices are lowered now. But now that Hawaii has vaccine passports and have consented to tyranny we changed our minds. But it is a great place! We planned on it for years. We were there before it was open. We have ben since then too. The lagoons are easy to swim in ! Mahalo for the walk and memories!
Ko Olina is about 40 mins drive from Waikiki. You can see the Hyatt Regency hotel at 20:40 mark of this video: ruclips.net/video/4JUX2o1g_eE/видео.html
I was just in a Oahu. I got back on May 3rd. I didn't get a chance to really explore Ko Olina, but I was at Electric Beach just up the road. It was warm for a few days but then I went to the Northeast shore over in the Malaekahana State Park Beach and spend some time there and while I was colder and we had trade winds it was definitely beautiful. My first trip to Honolulu was a little bit hectic especially for the first 4 days but now I have a better understanding of the island and I'll be going back in July to Oahu. ❤️ These lagoons are definitely on the list to visit as I'm going to stay 10 days this time. I want to go to snorkeling somewhere and actually you know see some clear water. 💙
Awh, miss this area had a luncheon picnic with a past friend in one of the lagoons, Ko Olina Resort so beautiful truly paradise 🏝 in the winter season of 2002 the ocean waves 🌊 where high & sunny 🌤
you have to stay at the reports to swim there, There is only one lagoon open to the public ad when the parking lot is full they close it! These are man made lagoons not public beaches. The ocean is real but the lagoons are built for the resort.
Yes all the beaches are public. The only way the resort would try to kick you out is if you decide to use one of their beach rentals that they have in place without being a guest of the hotel. And then they would most likely just try to get you to pay for the rental instead of asking you to leave if it is not reasonably crowded that day. You'd hear something like, "these umbrellas are for guests of the such and such hotel only but you are welcome to use the rest of the beach at your leisure" As for kicking you off the beach the resorts know not to pull this stunt and they are well aware of the laws of the beaches.

water at kiolina lagoon was so murky...
Are those umbrella and tents in front of the Disney resort for public use or only people who stay there.
Are the umbrella seating for public use?
Is this location close to Waikiki beach? Where the Hyatt Regency is?

Is this a public beach? I heard the resort tries to kick people out of the beach even as ALL beaches are public in Hawaii.
