Hey Paul, awesome work on that chess set build. Really cool to see my tutorials could lend a hand in some way. @Carveco, thanks for the shout-out and for sharing the link to my tutorial. Looking forward to more great content from you guys!
I'm here because I have just bought a Onefinity CNC to replace my X-Carve and Colin Furze mentioned that he used Carveco on his Onefinity in his most recent video. I was so close to clicking the buy button and then realised it was Windows only! Sigh, oh well, so close.
01:28 software clip looks awfully familiar. Don't tell me this video spotlights Paul without mention to the video he watched to learn this method, and then goes on and rips B-roll from that other person's original video, never giving them credit for teaching Paul nor for the usage of their content. ruclips.net/video/RSIUd8HXYas/видео.html
Hi Seth, Thanks for bringing this video to our attention, we had not seen it until now. We can understand why you believe the footage to be stolen, but rest assured, all the footage in our video was created by us and Paul. The similarities between our video and Timber Falls' tutorial are because we both used the same open-source file in our software. However, we completely agree with you on the importance of giving credit where it's due. We've been in touch with Timber Falls, and they've kindly agreed to let us mention and share their original video as a helpful resource for those interested in this method. Carveco
@Carveco my mistake there, I could have sworn that specific clip at that time stamp was the exact same as in the other one from Timberfalls. But in fact, after watching his back again and it doesn't match exactly, I'll agree to that. I apologize for posting that part without verifying more closely. Keep up the good work. I'm loving the Carveco software and team!
Hi Seth and thanks for your comments they are always appreciated. In my own video that I made I pay my thanks and respect to Jason for giving me the inspiration to have a go at four sided carving. ruclips.net/video/eqRp1G5v5NY/видео.html
Пол не использует 40% поля Carveco, что снижает детализацию готового изделия. R0.75 фреза слишком велика, я бы резал R0.25, не люблю полосы и доработку в ручную. Метод переворота занимает больше времени по подготовки, и написание УП.
Great example of what can be done with a bit of imagination. Brilliant job Paul
Outstanding it was a great pleasure to meet Paul at Makers Central this year it was great fun speaking with him about this project and his techniques

Limitations always inspire creativity. Beautiful work.
Nice job. I’m 80 and learning CNC as well. That same chess set caught my eye. The free files was a nice incentive as well.
Absolutely amazing.
Fantastic, Great job, Love the led chess board great idea to have the squares light up. BRAVO
I have to try this
This is really cool and a great solution to make amazing 3D objects on even the most basic machine!
Absolutely beautiful, not only the cnc work but the finishing. A lovely job
You sir, are magnificent !
Great work. I also thinking of making a chess board for my father. The idea with the leds is cool 😎
Wow, brilliant job ! I/m brand new to cnc and I have about decided the Carveco is the way to go. at least for me anyway, cheers ;-)

We do have people using it on a mac with no problems using parallels. I'd send support@carveco.com a message if you need any info.
Shame you didn't do a video of the whole process of making it. I'd love to see that!
Great job though, well done
Paul's gone through the process on his channel: ruclips.net/video/eqRp1G5v5NY/видео.html
That's amazing
You must remember the Birmid Dartmouth rd 😂😂😂
What bits did he use?
