    This is the most helpful video I’ve seen on Carveco as of yet. Please make more videos.

    Cheers Seth. Great video and very interesting for me as I'm just starting out with the cnc and carveco maker. I'm still taking baby steps at the moment, but loving every minute and so grateful for your support and input. Ice cream and Oreo pie incoming #4k 😋

    most wood i use is 1 inch, is there a way to get image quality and make most standard thicknesses less?

    Could you add more detail on merge high/merge low/replace?

    • @SethCNC
      @SethCNC  2 года назад +1

      Certainly. I wanted to show how I've used these to make wavy flags with custom logos using these features of the relief library. I'll have to include a section on the different merging functions in this stacking relief video 👍👍

    When I import a clipart image how do I change the height, the method I use for stl files do not wook? Thanks

    • @SethCNC
      @SethCNC  Год назад

      Because Clipart is a flat vector the height is controlled by the mateiral thickness setting found at the very bottom of the toolpath panel and the toolpath settings for how deep to carve into that material.

      @@SethCNC BTW, why do the software people call them Reliefs not images, etc? Curious.

    • @SethCNC
      @SethCNC  Год назад

      @Mike Ledee reliefs are 3d, top down only. Basically a 3d model but with a flat bottom, so it's called a "3d relief" due to the flat bottom it isn't totally 3d.

    Please Please Please stop the wandering mouse, just spend a few seconds on what is important as the constant moving blows my mind on what is a great video, just slow down we all have lots of time to watch
