This Video is about why we must only use tempered glass in our day to day life. I have spoken about in detail that for public safety Toughened Glass / Tempered Glass is very Important. I have explained how a no toughened Glass can be a huge risk to the public or the end user.
I have also spoken about how a tempered glass can be identified by finding the stamp of a tempered glass in one of the edge of the glass and it is mandatory for the glass processor to put a permanent stamp on a tempered glass.
Tempered Glass or Toughened Glass cannot be cut like a Non Toughened Glass and any attempt to cut a toughened glass will result in its breakage.
I have also spoken briefly on the process of tempering of glass toughening which done by heating glass in furnace to about 600 degree celsius which creates a pressure in the glass,
while it makes the glass stronger , it also assures that when the glass breaks , it will be shattered into very small pieces which may not cause any fatal injury.
