Government must shutdown these corrupt departments and implement fixed taxes amd custom duties. Till year 2011 tax was being paid from my salary. kindly let me know that, how I can change address in IRIS? while filling returns in May 2024, lawyer did not change address. I received notice from FBR to file returns before 30-Sept 2024. kindly reply soon.

You don't need to pay taxes. All you have to do is change your lifestyle as follows: Stop using roads. Stop using electricity and air conditioner. Stop using public transport like Metro and Buses. Stop using all the latest facilities/features that you see around. All these are made possible because of the taxes you pay. Government is not bound to use the taxes you pay for your personal benefit but is is bound to use the money in the interest of general public. Many of the government initiatives are felt indirectly. For example the general law and order maintained in this country is indirectly due to your taxes. The employment generated in this country has bearing to certain extent on the government policies. So, it's your moral responsibility that you pay your taxes.
