Really enjoyed hearing about all the trial and error over the years from you both. Im 50 and trying to bulk on carnivore so videos like these are great when i go through moments of doubt about my last 10months of eating this way.
Just finished watching it today, great interview once again! 👏👏 Robert is a great guest! Picked up a few things myself. I like how he said that you need to give it 6 months to reap the benefits of ketones and fat adaption. Unfortunately, our younger more impatient carb-addicted BB community wants everything yesterday! So fruity pebbles and insulin with PEDS are more alluring!
Hey thanks for that feedback CW - loved chatting with Robert and if you can make that early, early, early Saturday morning time, let's do the next one together with your own questions. And I agree. The box of cereal meme is the weirdest thing to ever make its way into Bodybuilding. I don't understand it. Even if you're injecting insulin, just drink a faster acting carb powder and leave the cereal for the kids
