Used your tips here today for our children’s program. It was much easier than I thought it would be. I just added my next intended slide with the macro for lights already on it to the end of the lyrics and told it to display on both stage and audience. Worked flawlessly.
Thanks, I was just thinking about if there was a way to do this without having to do the command-0 So glad to see they’ve added the “slide destination “ feature.
Paul... I tried the Command zero option but for some reason it does not work when we try to freeze an image that is set as a background layer on the audiance screens but at the same time show a video on the Stage screen...the video does not play at all on the Stage screen when I freeze. Basically what we are trying to do is freeze a youth logo for the Congregation while playing a video with lyrics for the Stage so our kids can sing along with a video. Suggestions?
During our announcement time I’d like for the congregation to see a graphic and our host see our split screen stage display with their talking points. Each new slide graphic would have new text dialogue for the host to read on stage display. Pro6 called this “lyric suppression” I think.
How can Scripture references be seperated for the main text appearing in the stage display? The reason for this question is because the Scripture references are combined with the main text in large formant.
Hi Paul, I hope you can help me - I've been trying to find a way to 'freeze' or 'lock' the audience screen, so that even if in the 'show' view I click on a slide, it wouldn't show to the audience. In VideoPsalm this is called 'freeze' & currently I use the workaround of going into the edit slide view to continue working, but if I click on the slide in show view (by mistake) the audience sees. I would very grateful for any advice you can share. Thank you for the useful teachings - I am learning much from your videos. Blessed regards from Amsterdam!
Cmd 0 (or ctrl 0 on Windows) makes it so that no change shows on the main screen. It will show on the stage screen, though. It’s a toggle so you can turn it off using the same shortcut.
Hey Paul. Thanks for doing these videos. What I'm trying to do is show a Karaoke style worship video on the stage screen only while showing our audience our own lyric slides..we are facing a couple weeks with no musicians so we will have singers only and need the video for words but want the audience to see what they normally see...just lyrics not the actual video. Any thoughts?
Hi Paul, I am facing a unique issue of my RUclips live audio going muted few min into the live. I am not sure what is causing it. Is there a possibility that I can do a Zoom with you at your convenience to see whether you can guide me?

Glad to have helped.
Perfect, exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Paul!

Thank you so much. Very helpful.

In pro6, there was a cue that did it, too.

Thanks for this! I've wondered how to do it!

It’s the same feature. For this, I’d show the notes, though. That’s because you DO want to change things on screen.

What background would you have under the lyrics? That affects my answer.
@@PaulClifford I would just use a black background or no background.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to undo the command 0 or return to normal (stage + audience) ?
It’s a toggle so cmd+0 turns it on and off. So, yes.
Does the stage screen and audience screen run on two different outputs?
Yes, unless you’re using NDI or syphon.

You can, BUT make sure it’s not a copyright issue. If you play preservice recorded music or tracks for worship, often, that will cause it.
Funny 😂 part about all it has in life is to display text on stage screen
Glad you liked my joke.
