It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

I followed it to the letter. No success. I removed the old cartridge. I put in the new one as you did. Getting replace toner message. Removed and replaced several times. Read the box and it says to pull out sealing tape. I looked at their diagram and my cartridge. Not any sealing tape door I can see on the cartridge anywhere. Then I went to the manufacturer of the cartridge. Their video said to remove old chip from cartridge and insert into new cartridge. Ok, so I flipped over the new one and there is a chip. So I thought, maybe its the wrong type. I swapped out the chips and still the same error no luck. I have the TN760 and the exact same model printer as you. Any possible solutions? Yes I did prime it also.
Actually you changed it pretty early. Brothers give warning "toner low" before "replace toner." You could have gotten quite a few more prints out of it. Everyone should know new printers come with half-filled (low capacity TN-730) toners. The first cartridge will not be the "full" yield in the future.
I think I got about 12 copies out of the replacement cartridge in my Brother Laser printer (Model HL-L2380DW), using a TN-660 cartridge. Something is not right with the printer or cartridge or both.

I'm thinking bad cartridge, cartridge not seating right, or software malfunction. I would try unplugging the printer for 30 minutes then plugging back in first.
I installed a new cartridge awhile ago. Did it the same way but, my prints have so much dirty ink in the prints. Clears up for the most part if I run 6 or 7 prints but. When I use it again...next day or week later their dirty looking again. So I always need to make several prints to get a clean copy. I took the printer cartridge half apart to clean out whatever toner and blew out whatever I could from all the rollers and such in the printer. Anybody got Ideas? This was the first replacement toner cartridge and it was a Brother...not aftermarket.

in my experience a gentle back and forth action is useful. If possible, i would attempt to reinsert the try entirely and start over. Please be careful not to break any plastic parts! Let me know if this works for you! Good luck
Do aftermarket toners have the possibility of causing printing to be slower than if you use an original brother toner? My printer used to print pages back to back without hesitation and now it takes a while like 5 seconds before it starts printing the other page. Wondering if it's the 3rd party toner that's causing it

As a result, by the time I need to change the toner, I've forgotten how to do it! Also, each printer is slightly different. The biggest joke is that you can override the "toner low" error and print for many months more.

I recently got a brother printer like this and text is not as sharp and black and good quality as Hp laser printer… is it so ?
i would try increasing the contrast setting first. Then I would try a new cartridge. Does anyone else have suggestions for Dheeraj? Please help.

that means that is is about to print. Turn off if you want to abort

got confused as from 2:05 to 2:30 you installed the toner without the tray, then realized your mistake. Could you have edited that out?

What if it says the toner is still low even after replacing it?
I believe that some replacement cartridges may read low even if they are full.
