@yosea8701 ) u right, I went celibate for 7yrs, then got in a relationship for year in a half. We broke up, so back celibate from last decade. To this dec. Is a year now, and counting, so great! Never again😂
Yep. I'm not buying the "We were just horsing around and the gun went off" nonsense. At his age he had to know she needed medical care ASAP if she was to survive. Instead he worries about the blood on the floor?
If you accidentally shoot your partner you straight away try to get help, not leave her on the floor dying. What’s even more disturbing is the police officers commending him for turning himself in but not asking him why he didn’t get help. Shocking.
Its detectives work to pull that kind of information from the suspect. The police officers did everything right, to keep him to cooperate as much as they could, without spooking him from giving more details to add to the case.
I 100% agree. How could you not get emergency services? How could you let the woman you “love” lay there?. People commend him for turning himself in, but the fact that he was in that situation, immediately revokes him of that respect. It’s just appalling. I’m pretty sure the police officers commend him in order to gain good rapport with him so questioning will go more smoothly. However, nonetheless, it’s just disturbing, a woman died!

I don’t believe anything he said. He took his time to clean the house, hide the weapon and think how he could get away with it. He probably realized that he had no decent plan and turned himself in to the police.
In order to get a trial or make plea deals, he has to plead not guilty to start. He’ll probably change to no contest and plead out without even going to trial. Edit: Just finished the video. I was wrong. He didn’t change his plea, he actually went to trial. POS

Even though what he did was absolutely horrible, it's amazing how he turned himself in and was totally compliant, didn't try to cover anything up, and just accepted what he did was wrong. Respect for the admission part.
Yeah. Obviously even if it was a total accident as he claimed, pointing a gun at someone you love under any circumstances is despicable. And not reporting it until nearly 2 days later, moving the body, cleaning it up, and disposing of the weapon shows callousness and negative intentions too. But the way he turned himself in and was 100% clear about everything and even gave them the keys is a relief for her getting justice and him facing justice. That isn't an easy decision, especially after you've gotten in as deep as attempting to hide what you've done, a lot of people already at that point would just keep trying to hide it and escape justice until they were found out.
@@tyronebrooks9503 People still panic and make irrational decisions after doing something bad even if unintentional. Why would u not dump the gun even if it was an accident, you would be in shock. Not saying this guy is innocent tho.

After they entered the house it was like watching a sci fi movie. The house doesn't look so big from the outside, but from the inside it looks huge; room after room after room leading to more inner rooms, as if going into another dimension that extends to infinity. And then the huge dark basement that looks like something from a horror movie. And after all that we learn that there is still another upper part, the neighbors.
This is a man who is experiencing genuine remorse. It takes a special kind of person to turn themselves in and confess like this. I pray he gets right with God.
Yes perhaps… perhaps not… because it also takes a “special” kind of person to point a loaded gun… with the safety off no less… at your girls head as a joke. Good chance that’s not what happened though, he likely intended to shoot her.
Let's be real....he ain't going back to that house in a while now is he. A broken front door is the least of his worries. Also...anyone else seeing the cop checking the fridge?😂
I think in this case he was pleading not guilty to murder, because he was claiming it was an accident, which would not fit the legal definition of murder (since murder requires intent). I haven't read the court records, but I imagine his defense tried to change the charge to manslaughter or something along those lines (not sure of the specific name of the charge for his state). Personally, I'd agree that this is murder from the little bit we've seen here.

He didn’t have a conscience. He pleaded not guilty. He confessed in the hopes of lessoning his time in prison. He had no way of getting her body out of that house. I can’t say for certain, but I tend think that for that day and a half, he was contemplating trying to see if he could get away with it entirely.
Sometimes people play around with deadly weapons and bad things happen.
Or he meant to do it. We don't know .
@@10Wk3y84R I would wager he was high and waited until he sobered up. And that he dumped the gun because it was probably stolen or used in another crime.
Hard to argue it was an accidental discharge, when the response wasnt to immediately call 911, but instead drag her to the basement, and drive around the block to ditch the gun
@@Girraficusthewise idk man I feel like it's easier to say what you'd do in that situation.
I was a bit symapthetic to the dude until I knew he didn't even dial 911 nor apply any medical attention to her, then pleaded not guilty in court. He was trying to reduce his sentence for sure
“We know you’re in here!”
What, do they expect the dead body to answer?
Could have been an ambush.
They were talking to her spirit. It's always good to talk to spirits, so that they don't come back to haunt you.
Or more people living in the house
They just rewatched home alone and wanted to get some quotes off
It's their training and force of habit.
Thankfully, this man has a conscious and did the right thing by turning himself in. That's very rare in today's society
I thought about that -the conscious thing - BUT then I thought to myself - did he turn himself in because it would look good for him and lower his sentence WHEN he knew he would certainly be found out?
If he had a conscience, he would have called for an ambulance to try and save her.
He didn’t have a conscience. He pleaded not guilty. He confessed in the hopes of lessoning his time in prison. He had no way of getting her body out of that house. He held her bleeding head over the sink so there wouldn’t be as much blood on the floor for him to clean up, then he cleaned the crime scene. He had a history of domestic violence and was found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide.

@@changeintheair9648That’s exactly why he did it. Just google it and read the details.
The guy was so stoked to get the kick the door. Look at his face 😂😂😂
The stoked face in question is at 8:25 and onward 😂
Right! started talkin about bringing out tools… his ego was like *not todayyyy*
@maggiemunn5425 I noticed that. It was his time to shine 😂😂😂
We have breaching tools! …Do you 🤨? 🦵🦵 🦵 😂
“We got breaching too-“ WHABAM 🦵💥🚪
8:39 why was this so funny to me when the door falls and then it gets caught on something making it stand😂😂😂
RIP Angela 💚
The officer in the "Disturbing Confession" was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Officer, you heart was so good to that man!! That's the heart of Jesus! What he did was wrong, but you treated him like Jesus would have treated him. I hope you get this message. My heart goes out to the family of the young lady that lost her life.
So he shot her 'execution style' but it was a mistake as they were playing around? Yeah right. RIP poor lady. Such a lame excuse after clraning up and ditchung the gun. Straight up murder.
Exactly. So many apologists in these comments.
Maybe schizophrenia/mental health? Then became lucid and turned himself in? Not an excuse, just a possibility.
I mean idk stuff like this does happen. He was scared realized he was going to do life and hid gun, after a day passed he realized what he done, couldn’t live with it and turned himself in. If we truly meant to do what he did he wouldn’t have turned himself in
I mean it could happen mistakenly if someones dumb enough to put a gun to someone’s head playing around ..
why would someone turned themselves in tho? no person who wants to murder would want to do that
The cop that stood with him was such a gentleman and handled shit perfectly. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, treated him as a person not just a criminal and probably got him to cooperate as much as he did by doing so
More flies with honey than vinegar.
Solidarity for those in abusive relationships 🙏 ❤ may God's grace propell you forward and out of it.
This creeped me tf out..
“I left her by the sink.”
Is she alive?
“No.”
He said im gonna lose my life forever hmm what about the woman you killed
I heard that. Pure narcissim, all about them not a care for their victim.
Didn’t really sound like he was looking for sympathy, just simply knew he was done for 🤷🏼♂️
Why didn't he think of that before what he did? People like that i'll never understand.
Shes in heaven. Hes going to hell on earth (prison). Its pretty obvious that her life is over. He was just wondering if he would get life in prison
@@Lizzie-h3j ... Or, wait.... DIDN'T he just come in there & confess ? I thought I heard ... Now where'd I get that idea....
Man the cop talking to him in the station is a true professional cop. He calmly talked to the guy to describe the event.
Doors made of cardboards
Yeah, but those doors are normally meant for a closet door or a bedroom door.
"Cardboards"?? It was made of cheap, thin laminated woods, not "cardboard." And that was on the landlord, it being a rental/duplex, not the man's own house.
"Cardboards." ICK!
Nobody should be treated this way. R.I.P.
Officer 1 is so HUMBLE I love it‼️🙌🏽🫶🏽 we need more men like him around‼️🤞🏾
@@OliviaRos3 Word. The judge should let dude walk free and tell the other family to keep their head up and let them know it be like that sometimes.
@BlackFaithProduction ABSOLUTELY NOT😂😂🤦🏽♀️
The first officer so was so empathetic. As a professional that was amazing, like he said we all make mistakes. It’s just great he turned himself in
the first sign of abuse or control - make it the LAST!! they don’t change, you can’t “love them all better”. the first time you hear “why are you wearing that?” or something about your hair, makeup or anything like that, or don’t talk to your friends, family … ANY sign of trying to control/change your life is a BAD SIGN & you need to end it there asap. the sooner the better, there’s someone else out there, even if there’s not you can do better on your own! get a pet, they’re always loyal ♥️😊
aht, aht! uh unh unh! we do change love, take it from me. just not all of us. there is also sumn called love, growth and maturity and wanting your partner to love THEMSELVES and also to RESPECT themselves by looking in the mirror knowing they dont need all the cosmetics (all the time btw) and that their body is sacred and not to be shown to any and everyone unless he's into that y'know? but definitely dont get abused, used or mistreated. I agree wholeheartedly!
surely not? all the time i hear that maintaining a marriage is hard af work from both sides, and you will constantly have conflict that you need to sort out. that is normal and healthy for a long marriage/relationship. sprinting the second the vibe is off sounds impossible to maintain any relationship thats not just casual

Desk cop is a little slow
@@Scorpio-tn4vy probably a tad shocked
Guess we know why he's on the desk.
Reminds me of Doofy!! 😂
I'm glad he's on the desk
That cop didn't have any comprehension skills, whatsoever!
