None of these videos shown close ups of the bike racks. Are the seats across from bike racks only for bike riders that have bikes on rack only ?
I don't think so, however they'll probably be used mostly by the people utilizing the bike rack
I’ll probably head out tomorrow to make a higher quality video, this was a bit rushed as I didn’t have much time.
