This is one of the most beautiful tributes to Chester. Linkin Park opened the path to Metal to a lot of 90's kid like me. I was obsessed with them, specially with Chester when I was a teen and thanks to them I got to know some of my favourite bands like Trivium. Thanks for this tribute, very touching for all of us who are fighting the sadness he left in us.
Same for me - I got into metal through Linkin Park, Deftones, Korn, even Limp Bizkit and Metallica. Linkin Park only saw them live once during the Meteora tour and damn Chester was amazing live, the guy could scream brutally as well sing beautifully.

Depression is real thing , people with whom you travel , sit ,talk, eat could be under depression but won't let you know at the fear of how the society will judge them. It doesn't matter how beautiful you look, how much wealth you have earned, whether you have 6 pack abs or drive a Mercedes. Depression can get to you.. and when it gets to you please reach out to help.. talk about it.. don't be afraid..Cause in the end it's the human life which matters to your family, your friends, your neighbours...Don't get lost in the echo.. fuse your armour back and tell the demons which lurks beneath your skin that I am not afraid of you and breaking my habit. A salute to those who are fighting with depression and don't say good goodbye. .. a loud shout to you hang in there.. you can break free from these chains.. and have no more sorrow about it and sorry for now if directly or indirectly we made you feel invisible recently I have been talking to myself about how I can stay with you untill its(depression) gone and for you to enjoy your December cause you are one more light in the million stars and we care for you. #LinkinPark #Chester

Such a beautiful tribute. I endured bullying, teasing and isolation during my years in high school and almost committed suicide. I always tell people Linkin Park literally saved my life: I had my iPod on shuffle that night and as I was about to jump, "Nobody's Listening" started playing. It sounds cliche, but I do credit Chester Bennington with saving my life. It broke me up inside to hear he'd committed suicide and it still doesn't feel real.
