@@julianamaths I interpret what I wrote as... *a rate* plus *another rate* plus *yet* *another rate* equals *a total rate* ...in which all of the rates represent recorded velocities, taking place in rectilinear motion. Think of the situation in which a passenger aboard a _moving_ train car is simultaneously running towards the front of the train car. The velocity of the moving train car (relative to the stationary train tracks) and the velocity of the running passenger (relative to the train car; as if the train car were stationary) add together, to produce the velocity of the running passenger (relative to the stationary train tracks.) Doesn't the Sum of Rates (in rectilinear motion) represent a 1st order differential equation? The highest derivative in the equation is a 1st derivative, which I believe complies with the definition of "1st order." Anyways, getting back to my opening question, since every term of my proposed equation is of the same form, does that meet with the definition for being a homogeneous equation?

Aqui no Brasil você seria um diferencial enorme com esses vídeos em português. Não digo isso por mim, pois eu falo inglês e consigo entender tranquilamente os vídeos.
