We do have roads. She just likes adventure. If she goes on asphalt it won't be that interesting to you. I'm sure you are eager to watch her next video.
She rides mostly in remote areas, not in the cities, so you won't see much tarred roads . Also, most people are not aware that asphalt isnt so great for tropical regions. It's a major cause of floods. The ground needs to be organic to soak up all the rain we get. Many people don't understand how much rain we get in West-Central Africa. You only have to come here to experience it for yourself.
Some people just like adventure. Most of us would never see this part of Africa with out Noraly. She does a great service for us. Sadly there is nothing she can do about the pathetic infrastructure we see here, or the corrupt top officials that keep their people down.@@Just-Michael-NL
One thing I’ve realised with West Africa is that , its green, unlike Our South where we only get a bit of green during summer! Beautiful video once again Noraly Thanks to those kind men for representing us (Africans) so well! I wish they could have better infrastructure!
Noraly thank you for showing the incredible diversity in this world. Showing your viewers that you shouldn’t fear or hate people simply because they don’t share your same skin color. We sit in our own silos and fear what we know nothing about.
I flunked mind reading in College but I will say as she has become somewhat “famous” on RUclips and internationally I doubt many would attempt to mess with her…
You should fear your government, not these people. These people are just living in their villages, minding their own business. They are more afraid of you than you are of them. They are not the ones invading your country with their army and doing what not.
To all Cameroonian soldiers and immigration officers, thank you for being kind and respectful. Though your working conditions looks challenging but you keep the good spirit. Be blessed
The kindness, friendliness, politeness, ingenuity, and strength of spirit shown repeatedly by the local people whom Noraly encounters completely dispels the terrible old stereotype of the 'Dark Heart of Africa'! Love and Respect from South Africa.
There was never any stereotype of " dark heart of Africa". It was called the " Dark Continent" because it was unexplored by Europeans. Simple. Africans have been the most accommodating to foreigners of any other group of people worldwide. Reason why they lost so much of their land and culture to colonizers.
Each time I think, "her trip can't get any better than this" Noraly proves me wrong. A unique blend of courage, craziness, adventure, and motivation, along with a nice video presentation
Poor Alaska, she has suffered so much, its a miracle she has come so far on these roads, take care and be safe, there is news of unusually heavy rainfall in that part of the world, with Widespread flooding in Republic of Congo , as always Noraly will overcome all the difficulties, You are an inspiration for all of us.
'No problem, you are safe with us' isn't that what every weary traveler wants to hear in such a circumstance, good on those guys for helping. Those reds soils are notoriously bad for motoring of any kind, I've gotten stuck in them a couple of times back in the day in the part of Africa where I was raised. It is like driving/riding on banana peels.
I got tensed when she fell, and then later on when it got dark. But the thing is, that "You are safe with us" and that laughter of yours at the "you can sit" thing was such a relief. God bless you.
How this guys figured out what to do when Alaska's start button got broken is fascinating. The love that these villagers share, with the little that they have is just amazing and for Noraly, alway graceful and humble...thank you for another wonderful episode.
And he was so excited when he was given a tip. May be he thought he was just helping. Pristine world not contaminated with capitalism. I did not see anyone begging. common in more developed parts of Africa

My government tells me to "Avoid all Travel" to Central African Republic and its border regions. While there are undoubtedly potential serious risks to travel in that region, that warning certainly does not tell the whole story. Noraly, i cannot believe you will be visiting the village , Nola the Pearl, where i lived for two years! 'Du courage' to the good people of Nola and Central African Republic in general! The goodwill of these people is tempered by the hardship that they must endure on a daily basis. Everyday is a struggle to survive and yet they show such kindness to a complete stranger. That is generosity in its truest form .
After travelling with my husband in India on the back of a 1982 Royal Enfield I cannot tell you Noraly how much I love and look forwards to your RUclips videos. I'm amazed at how you engage with people on your travels . I admire your intelligence , people skills, your strength and feeling like I'm travelling with you . Noraly is amazing. When she was clearing out of Cameroon, those young soldiers were very respectful because Noraly was respectful to them. They asked if they could photograph her bike and were very careful with her property. Noraly's respect for everyone and her cheerfulness makes her a special ambassador. In some parts of the world, one would not dare to even get off that bike, let alone let young people sit on it. While all of Noraly's videos are great, this one was really special.

@@lf1496 I confirm what the other commenter said that the fellow did not fix the switch. However, he did something at least as valuable in the circumstances -- he took a look at this bike that was a type he surely never saw before, and after briefly attempting to reinstall the broken-off switch button, he assessed that it was not easily going to go back into place. But he understood the principle of the thing and figured out that all that was needed was a pointy object to poke the internal switch mechanism, and that would get Noraly going again. So a good solution given the conditions, and prospects for a better fix when Noraly gets to a town.
“You are safe with us”! Ahh, did anyone else burst out crying?! The beauty of human beings and the magic of travel - thank you for bringing it all to us, Noraly. 💚

Noraly has transformed me into an addict. I think it is that front camera perspective that makes me feel I am the one riding. Very exiting! I can barely sleep whilst waiting for the next episode.
The soldiers using Alaska for photo props (totally oblivious that they were being documented for posterity) and acting all cool like kids caught misbehaving will remain the funniest part of this episode to me. lol
I’m truly in awe and respect of Noraly. While the adventures that she goes on are some of my dream ones, when I put myself in her shoes, I can think of multiple situations in each episode where I would just want to give up and be bailed out. It takes immense courage and dedication to do what she does.

Quite nail- biting episodes now with the difficult roads, bike issues, lack of resources. The people are so helpful and welcoming, it's lovely to see. Love to see all of Africa so far.
Face the bike and hold the front tire between your knees as you turn the handle bars where you want them. Done it many many times riding motocross. Or even wedge the front tire between something solid (two trees close together) and then turn the bars. Love your channel! You are awesome!!
I have been to Africa on two occasions Mozambique, South Africa and other countries and the continent and its people have amazed me the most of everywhere I went so far. It’s beautiful and very impressive. So happy Noraly is able to show the whole world the beauty of Africa and the kindness of its people!
Yes!! Once again, you manage to capture the unlimited kindness of people and present it to the world. I really think what you are doing is a great service for the reputation of less travelled countries! Thanks!
I feel hopeful of our humanity by watching your travels. There is no global agenda where you travel, only people who live a life that is before them and when you interact, they give to you regardless of any consequence their hospitality. It is heartwarming.
Rare instance seeing Noraly riding under the light of Alaska trying to reach destination. Once again guardian angels guide and protect her. The people in the village that took her in "You are safe with us", it will be a lifetime memory for them. Those caterpillars looked like those Mopane worms from a while back. Does Noraly eat them? Alaska bruised but still going. The simplicity of border crossings in Africa are astounding. What we learn with each video leaves me speechless. Nothing compares. Thank You Noraly. Hug Alaska. Peace! ❤❤❤
How wonderful that so many people are so kind and welcoming all along these journeys. I'm heartened at it all, in all the series. I get it about the scenery too - the difference between what our eyes see and what the camera records. I imagine that what you actually see is ten times more spectacular than what we get to see (which is spectacular too, of course). But as an occasional solo tourer, I get a bit sad when I exclaim to myself in my helmet at a wondrous scene that can't be shared in the moment. My last trip was taken with my partner, and it struck me then how awesome it was to say to him, 'Oh wow! Look at that!!!', and get a reply because he was seeing it as gloriously as I was. So when you say 'Look at that', or 'Oh wow!' I know it's a lot better from your eyes than your camera. I rarely comment, but I have to say that your courage, endurance and fantastic attitude are things to be truly admired. Congratulations and all the very best for the remainder of the adventure :)
Noraly is the bravest person I know, to go all the places I would fear to go. Great video Noraly, thank you, and keep up the fantastic videos of your travels. ❤

He should have asked her first before getting on her bike that's just respect
The kindness of African people amazes me every time. I just wish they had roads.
Tell africans about their ORPHANAGES are very low standards.
Snap nog steets niet waarom je deze videos maakt en waarom je deze reis maakt
Some people just like adventure. Most of us would never see this part of Africa with out Noraly. She does a great service for us. Sadly there is nothing she can do about the pathetic infrastructure we see here, or the corrupt top officials that keep their people down.@@Just-Michael-NL
One thing I’ve realised with West Africa is that , its green, unlike Our South where we only get a bit of green during summer! Beautiful video once again Noraly
Thanks to those kind men for representing us (Africans) so well! I wish they could have better infrastructure!
i absolutely love the kindness of the African brothers and sisters...what a lovely warm bunch....so hospitable and respectful
But of course we're kindness personified
Noraly thank you for showing the incredible diversity in this world. Showing your viewers that you shouldn’t fear or hate people simply because they don’t share your same skin color. We sit in our own silos and fear what we know nothing about.
I flunked mind reading in College but I will say as she has become somewhat “famous” on RUclips and internationally I doubt many would attempt to mess with her…
@@drgonzo4714your imagination is insane.

Yes........ My prejudices are revealed to be nonsense.....These people represent their countries VERY WELL.
The kindness, friendliness, politeness, ingenuity, and strength of spirit shown repeatedly by the local people whom Noraly encounters completely dispels the terrible old stereotype of the 'Dark Heart of Africa'! Love and Respect from South Africa.

😊😊
That is why Africa got colonised we are weak at heart and just give out kindness to our enemies
That old myth comes from Westerners.
An African on tour of Europe would receive same treatment.
I'm consistently amazed by the kindness of African people. I only wish there were better road infrastructures.

Those reds soils are notoriously bad for motoring of any kind, I've gotten stuck in them a couple of times back in the day in the part of Africa where I was raised. It is like driving/riding on banana peels.

My government tells me to "Avoid all Travel" to Central African Republic and its border regions. While there are undoubtedly potential serious risks to travel in that region, that warning certainly does not tell the whole story.
