    🔥 Thanks again, Marty you and Roger giving us all the info. Those speed runs are amazing. I already thought I wanted the wheel and now I’m sure I want to sell my Sherman and get the Sherman L.

      It's a steady progression. This L is certainly the best Sherman yet and I contend it's the best general purpose do-it-all EUC yet made.

    12:15 I had no idea Roger worked at that tile/cabinet store. I went there once in 2018 after i had gotten my first EUC and it was the first time I had seen someone ride one public. Some random employee was just riding it around in the back. I wonder if that was him.

    The wheel seems like a pretty good wheel, nothing more, nothing less. It's designed for a specific reason and it seems to accomplish that. Duf and Roger's reactions may not have been ones of excitement but they seemed to like the wheel overall. If they didn't, both would have said so.

    Cool, noticable how few curves there are in America roads, well maybe up the mountains, and intersections set at right angles with each other and with lights. In the UK, curves all the time even in the motorways and roundabouts where we can. Copper - in the UK thieves have been known to rip the cable out of the ducts in the roads using trucks or suchlike. What's copper per tonne now? If it was me, I might engineer a little surprise for them (electronics background). 16X good wheel, well I like mine, mind the bumps 🙂. Roger - scary fast, ingredibly brave, or the boy lacks imagination 🙂

    The more I ride the Sherman S and the Lynx, I'm finding the Sherman S is much more stable and locked at higher speeds, although the lynx corners better, that could just be the tire. I expect the Sherman L to be not much different. Breaking my rides up as I must give my new ICE Sprint X tour a go.

    • @dnthmn117
      @dnthmn117 Месяц назад

      The lynx is REALLY good at all things, the SS (and SL), are the best at just one thing, as you alluded to. For the lynx, I'd really recommend a tire change if you have the original tubeless stock street tire, it's not very good.

    Which one's better, Sherman L or Begode Blitz? Need your expert opinion.

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  Месяц назад

      Well, first the Blitz is not available yet and very few people have ridden on. Second, they are totally different types of wheels. One (Blitz) is designed for racing or very fast/short rides. The other (L) is a long distance wheel that weighs a lot more. You need to decide what you want from the wheel and that will make your choice easy.

    At what body weight do you recommend the 62 lb or 66 lb suspension?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  20 дней назад +1

      This is really hard for me to answer. Depending on gear I'm between 180 and 200 pounds and I really like the 70-lb spring. For my personal wheel I'm tempted to go with the 66-lb spring but I'm afraid it might be too soft. I don't think I'd recommend the 62-lb spring unless you weigh 120-pounds.

    How is the acceleration different from the lynx when they both have the same exact motor only difference is Sherman L is heavier

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  Месяц назад

      Well, it's a bigger and heavier wheel. More testing needed. Look at Roger's videos on the L for more high-performance content.

    • @dnthmn117
      @dnthmn117 Месяц назад

      Heavier wheel, different firmware, slightly higher free-spin speed, more range, (its primary purpose) and it charges 5 amps higher (20) than the lynx.

      We'll be getting some actual range data but from what I'm seeing it seems on par or better than most wheels. Usually you see a fair amount of voltage sag at the very beginning but then it stabilizes.
