R/T Life you need to do a performance video 2016 RT vs 2017 RTs! Bigger exhaust would add a few more ponies for the 2017. But gearing with 3.07 on a road and track could still mean its a little bit faster 🤔🤔🤔
Yeah finally it sounds amazing but it's a little too late since 2020 is the last year of the 5.7 Hemi. Turbo 4L coming in. There's already testing being done by dodge. I think killing your entry level V8 is bad because this V8 is affordable for everyone. Now you gotta add another 5k to get the 6.4L Most likely I will keep this Daytona or just go to a hellcat what the hell :D.
Where did you see that from? Do you have any links? Def interested in reading up on that. Last I heard the 5.7L is sticking around & Dodge is making a new performance Hemi to replace the 392.

This definitely changes my view on the 5.7. I always thought they never sounded as good as the 6.4, because I could never find an exhaust that sounded great. Crazy to think that an OEM company makes the best sounding exhaust

Bro if you can’t afford a scat which most can’t . This is a good starter car . Shits are bad ass faster then most sedans . And definitely chick magnet lol
I was originally going to buy a scat pack but with the options I wanted, which the Daytona comes standard with, I wouldve been 4-5K over the price of the daytona. 370 hp is plenty for Toronto, and of course I would've wanted the 6.4 engine but I'm actually happy I bought this one with the 5.7
It is more of a car guy magnet rather than a chick magnet. Chicks get scared in the car because of the sound. They always think you're flooring it because of the exhaust.
i love the car, I had a scat pack. Problem I had is the neighbors complaining to me about the start up noise. One of my neighbors said, gorgeous car, but it woke up the baby who has not stopped crying. Asked me if there is any way to quiet it down during start up, especially at 7AM. Unfortunatley there is not, wound up getting rid of it and getting a BMW. I hate the BMW. want a charger again.
its because i was running 245s winter tires during the video. I now have 295s pirelli p zeros summer performance. No more burnouts but quicker take offs
Can you please tell me where the active exhaust valve is located? I plan on doing a mid muffler delete and getting new exhaust tips on my RT and don't want to accidentally cut the A.E. valves out. Thanks!
You wont cut it. Its located close to the front. No need to worry about it. My buddy did a muffle delete on his daytona 6.4 and its no problems. Go ahead

I think you can. You'd have to get a dealer to install it or someone who won't screw up an active exhaust. because it opens the valves when you press sport mode.
