- Tested our new NEW ECO FRIENDLY COFFEE GROUNDS PELLETS FOR COLD SMOKING. These 'Super Smoker' Pellets light easily, and create double the smoke of wood pellets. They create a very strong Smoky flavour when used in a Cold Smoke Tube so I mixed them 50/50 with Lumber Jack Cherry & Coffee Grounds Pellets to cold smoke Cheese sticks in a huge Kamado in 30 mins. We smoked an earlier batch longer but they were oversmoked, so 30 mins seems just right.
