Gator Pit is true custom when it comes to BBQ Pits, smokers, grills, mobiles, trailers. Ritch has been designing and building custom cookers since the age of 14 when he was in high school Future Farmer of America (FFA). Recognized worldwide for his designs and many awards won. The 1st/front grill is what I'm digging on. All it really needs is an adjustable charcoal grate & a length long front door for easy access to the charcoal grate. PLUS a length long ashtray right underneath the charcoal basket. AND THAT'S IT!
After that, the grill is perfect.

What would that weigh? I'm wondering if I could pull something like that in the near future.
You should be able to tow with a newer 1500 pick up. Guessing it weighed in at around 8K pounds. But, would recommend a 2500 to tow it.

We built that Space Shuttle BBQ Pit for Discovery's King of the Grill episode. Also, aired on Discovery Channel. They called us. Wanted to film Gator Pit building a bad azz theme type BBQ Pit. And, that is what we came up with. It is really cool to see in person and fired up. Smoke exits the top rear tail and the three burners actually fire up and shoot flames out about 10 plus feet. CRAZY to see ignited. #kingofthegrill

Naa thats open carry law we have here in Texas. I am very thankful that they passed it, that way the bad guys know who to take out first which gives me a chance to pull my concealed.

Just a consideration on the lighting, solid state LED flood lights permanently fixed do handle the vibration, light output on a single 20 watt LED flood around same as a 200 watt halogen flood light.

That battery is too close to that grill
Further than it appears. No more heat than a car battery next to a engine, under a hood, in Texas blazing heat beating down on the hood. Been 6 years or more and hasn't been an issue. Still in contact with the company, as they buy seasonings from us. :)

Nah. I am good with or without the .45. Just prefer to have it. As to shooting, I am always up for an excuse to go to the shooting range. Been hunting deer, duck, squirrel, rabbits, aligators, beavers, nutra rats, raccoons, etc. since I was in diapers with my mother. First gun as a .22 revolver with pearl handle. First shotgun .410 crack barrel, then Frenchi 20 gauge semi auto, then Marlin 3030, then Remington 12 gauge pump and so on and on as I got older. We can meet at the range any day and have fun. Pick one in Houston and I’ll be there. American Shooter and Hot Wells Shooting Range are my preferred ranges. As to chicken, do you get paid thousands of dollars a year teaching folks how to cook? I do. I teach culinary trained Chefs from around the world, restaurant and catering owners, and your average Backyard BBQ enthusiast. We offer private and group classes.
