I don't know what it is about you guys but you both make yoga seem so fun and it's given me a refreshing perspective on my practice and I feel like I've been flowing with more of a kid like energy lately, so again thank you!!
This was my first practice in weeks and I definitely worked up a sweat. I also felt like this was killing my knees so I'll have to do some supplementary stretching and try this practice again another day.

Beautiful flow Morgan, love your guides and your videos, keep 'em coming! Little question, since having my little boy my wrists are in agony and so putting any pressure on them is really painful. Would you recommend going onto the forearms as an alternative to the side planks demonstrated in this video?
