He was facing 25-48 years and his rich mommy and daddy hired him an attorney, and now he’s having a 3 month vacation at a fancy $70,000 resort…I mean “rehab” in Arizona while they work out his plea deal. I think one of Ryan’s problems is that his parents have always babied him and have always done everything for him. Especially his mom. It’s not surprising that his family did all of the scheduling for his shot and what not. It was probably mainly his mom doing everything. He knows that his mom and dad always do everything for him. And when it comes to his drug test, I’m really happy he passed. I don’t think he would’ve been able to get the drugs outta his system considering it was most likely a blood test they did that same day. If it were a urine test then I could see that being a possibility maybe, but not a blood test. That’s just my opinion though.
I’m not sure. He is still young enough and it’s being delayed. Unfortunately his parents enabled his horrific behavior, blamed others, defended him. The judge seems to be giving special treatment. It would be interesting how this particular judge handles other drug charge cases. Ryan’s tolerance would be so high, it would be difficult for Ryan to actually get high without taking a cocktail of meds.
Of course his Mom was shaking her head in disagreement. Obviously…his decisions with drugs and alcohol are not his parents fault- he’s a grown ass man- but any addict or alcoholic who has people in their life who are enabling their behavior - will only make it harder for that person to get clean. Period.
He’s gonna learn! A mothers love will never stop but in a situation like this you’ve got to set hard lines. I’ll never blame his parents but they absolutely need to draw those lines and stick to them or he’ll never hit rock bottom. His family/parents scheduling his Vivatol shots is a HUGE Red Flag that they have yet cut the cord and he will never change until so.
If it was a urine test at court he was expecting it. Not trying to be rude but it doesn’t mean much. I have been high the day b4 court and passed knowing I had court the next day. We aren’t gonna talk about what I did to my body to pass but if it’s not COMPLETELY random and unexpected it doesn’t count. Coming from a former drug addict who is still on probation. This is no hate at all this is just a personal opinion from personal experience.
Absolutely believe you. I was married to an addict and he'd do all sorts of things to try to pass or calculate how long it would take for certain things to leave his system
My ex who passed away was in a motorcycle accident and he was paralyzed for 15 years before he died from his wounds he was in pain all the time.. he spent the rest of his life on oxy for the pain. He was only 47 and he suffered so much and he was the love of my life. So if you drive around like that that doesn't mean you're going to die necessarily you can suffer very long time. Or you could do that to someone else or you could kill someone else. He has to care about someone else. I feel the worst for the kids. Not one of them deserves this
Trust me, this "family friend" judge is hurting/ruining Ryan, his sobriety & his future by giving him break after break after break. Ryan is 30 something years old and has pretty much proven, as an addict, he doesn't want to do good, stay clean & take accountability as an adult. An addict has to want to live the sober life. Idk why rhe judge doesn't order a year long rehab program. There's one in Kodak, TN and they are all over the US , free & faith based.
Yup. Not to mention, most addicts die when they use again after taking a small break of sobriety. It’s always this shit - a short stint in jail or some half assed of court ordered rehab. Your body becomes ultra sensitive to it after, not even just your tolerance goes way down. I’ve had a lot of friends die from OD, and my sister is in active addiction. This halfway sober shit WILL kill him (not saying it’s the judges fault, but you either hold the addict all the way accountable or it just isn’t enough bc they will weasel back into using). I genuinely give him no more than a year, max. 5 months, 6 months tbh. His lifestyle is getting so much more destructive. He keeps needing to be sober for a bit, but then going back out and seems a little more wreckless each time. I really don’t think he has long and it’s unfortunate.
Ryan has just honestly not hit his rock bottom , Its hard but if you really want its well worth it! One day at a time, One step at a time. I was sleeping in cars, ERs, peoples couches, I lost the respect of all of my 5 grown kids. They gave me tough love and took my grandkids away from me. They are my world and it broke me. I regret ever taking that 1st pill. 😞 My Dr had me on em for 8yrs and id ask if i could try getting off of them because of the way i was feeling when i didnt take any. ( I didnt know what withdrawals were) He told me No because " Id have a stroke he would be held liable and he didnt want that. Smh so one day I woke up in a paking lot in a car alone and cold. I walked into a rehab place and noone knew where i was for 9 days but i came I out sober. Im at 5 1/2 yrs and im still going. Maybe it will have to take Jenn and Larry to say theyre done with him and stick to it. Then and only then will he hit his bottom.
I don't know how you can say that when he went crazy tearing down a house in front of his children and his wife and then spray painted all this horrible stuff did it all in front of them threatened to kill her killed feral cats and also tried to kill himself on his wedding day by driving high on heroin not giving a s*** about that and learning the lesson how scary that was and then actually truly trying to kill himself buy overdosing on purpose so if that's not his Rock Bottom I don't know.
@@kellygallagher7911 she’s right he has not hit rock-bottom. Rock-bottom will be sitting in a jail cell where mommy and daddy can’t make it better for him. Where he has no other choice, but to do what he’s told to do when he’s told to do it
Miracles happen every day. Steve-O is now sober and a vegan lol. My sister is an addict. I try to remind myself of these things when in reality, the future is bleak for any addict - especially one thag doesn’t *actually* want to get sober.
Unfortunately I agree. For some reason I’ve had a bad feeling about him and his situation for a while in regards to eventually him succumbing to his addiction and sometime soon us seeing “Ryan Edward’s DEAD at …” 😢😢 I hope I’m wrong but
Ryan needs tough consequences if he wants to live. Unfortunately my daughter didn’t learn from the ramifications of her addiction and she passed away. I would much prefer to see her in jail for as long as it took I guess it’s all Macy’s fault!
I thought my sister in law was getting a lot of chances but she was sent to a rehab got kicked out then they sent her to rehabilited prison then drug court then got kicked out if drug court for an assault charge and so now she is in a real prison. He had way too many chances. He should've been sent to prison after the first violation.
Ryan should do 3 years, in my opinion. He needs to be in PRISON and not just jail. And this is coming from someone that is SO anti-prison & loves an addict. Ryan needs hard time bc it’s the only chance he’s got left - and straight up, he’s a danger to everyone around him.
A gf?? Jesus. Mote enablers 🙄. I tell you when people like this have enablers it just doesn't go well they just are terrible people and sometimes they try to go find more enablers instead of doing the right thing and being right this is gross.
Guys even if his test was clean does not mean he was/is clean. There a re things you can take to clean your pee. If I was him and new I was going to court well I would do everything I could to test clean before going to court. He knows the court game so he knows how to work it. IMO he is not clean!
Urine drug screens aren’t always instant. Some are, but most of the time when screening a known or suspected user we will do send out urine drugs screens that do take a few days to get back. These drug screens tests for more drugs and can detect almost the exact amount of what a person has failed for. These are the kind of drug screens we use where I work doing MAT.
“Was still given over a month in jail”…….That’s iiiiiiit?!?!?! Is this a joke? Are we living in reality? Once again, Ryan gets a slap on the wrist and no REAL consequences for his actions. It’s insane, anyone else would’ve got the time the prosecution was requesting. And Jen is crying over THIS?!?! They asked for 3 years and she’s crying over a month. Foh, lady. I’ve said it a million times, but I’ll say it again, this judge and his parents are not helping him! If he doesn’t start receiving actual consequences and straighten up he will end up hurting himself or others, or worse. If or when that happens the judge and his parents should be held accountable right along with him. I don’t feel sorry for Ryan or his parents at this point. He’s a grown man and doesn’t give a flying squirrel about anyone but Ryan.
I think the judge is feeling the pressure now. He’s in the spotlight with the media so he’s going to stop going easy on him. Ryan needs to sit in jail so maybe he will get the message.
Sometimes a urine test can take days if they are trying to get exact measurements of each substance. It’s a far more detailed drug test so it does take days
It's good seeing if there's some justice finally because he's been incredibly abusive for many years. Maybe this will finally build a good character in him and he will change his ways
There's a few different ways they do drug test. They can dip the ones w panels for immediate results or seen it to lab to test levels which usually take 2-3 days. Hair ones can go as far back as 90 days. And of course blood test.
Vivitrol actually blocks opiates from working. If you do any opiates within the 30 days it will make you really sick. It puts you into withdrawal symptoms. It also curbs cravings but that's the least it does.
Drugs suck! Ryan is responsible for his choices 100%. I just hate it because everyone who has “played” with drugs thinks “I can handle it, I’m strong enough” or something along those lines. I have had so many addicts in my family. I never “played” because I was always so afraid of NOT BEING IN CONTROL!! That includes alcohol. I am 51 and the things I’ve seen people I love go through has been heart breaking for the person and every family member (their parents, siblings, kids, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandparents and so on). Ryan has to be held accountable, he is stunted at whatever age (sounds like teenager) he started messing with drugs. His brain is messed up & he needs intensive therapy!
Well, I’m glad he’s in jail. I’m glad that Taylor is in Bentley’s life in that Bentley can look at him as a positive influence. I know what the forgiving heart that he has that he wishes Ryan was different. However he does have Taylor and I’m pretty sure Bentley was to ever tell Taylor to adopt him, he wouldn’t hesitate. The only reason that hasn’t happened because Bentley still wants a relationship with his grandparents which I can understand. And I’m glad the judge is showing that he’s not playing around and he’s starting to lay the book into him. It’s about time.
Ryan will never change until his Mother and everyone else in his life including that judge, stop enabling him! He knows he will get out of every thing he does wrong so why should he stop? Why should he obey the law or do what the court tells him to do? Stop enabling that big a$$ toddler and let him grow up!!
pray for ryan he needs everthing to help him i dont think he cares he gave up on life thats heartbreaking i feel for the people that love ryan mom to mon its hard to see his mom like that very hard dad to iam rooting for ryan happiness and safety do better try bettter listen to judge court not playing no more good luck drive safe not fast
Girl make sure he’s careful I lost a ex boyfriend on a motorcycle, and then my husband wanted to get a I was so against it but finally said okay and he was following me home one day and rear ended my suv a few months later our best and only friend died on his motorcycle
IMO i think Ryan needs to hit rock bottom. Unfortunately, he has never had to be held accountable, and it's clear his parents are still enabling him 🤷♀️ I enjoy these videos, ignore the haters, it's your channel you do as you please ❤
He probably passed the drug test because some drugs don't show up after a few days. He could have been clean for only a few days before. They should do a hair follicle drug test.
Yes, the hair follicle test can go back 3 months, 6 months, or a year. They usually test back up to 3 months in these cases bc they are crazy expensive and the further you go back the more expensive. I agree they should test his hair
@Melanie_C I dont see how the hair test would be worth it though. Because they already know he's used in the last 6 or more months. That's how he's gotten into this situation. Lol So it seems useless to do that. They are worried about him using recently like in the last few days or weeks since he's supposed to be getting clean now. Which is about how long the urine ones test back for anyways.
Jen, if you had done the job right and been consistent and firm when Ryan was younger then you wouldn’t have to be crying when a much higher authority has to come down on him. His favors for your family are done hopefully. I suspect he is getting so much backlash for letting him out to end up killing someone and that’s going to be an uproar if this Judge allows it to come to that. He’s had way too many chances as an adult perpetrator. We’ve all hoped for the best for Ryan and I can’t imagine what all he has been through on a National stage, but it all boils back to his choices and his parents and then spouse enabling him.
Mimi Jen - would you rather Ryan love you from the grave? Or hate you from 5 states away, sober, steady & alive? Not saying he’d move far away, but that worst case scenario for you might be the best case scenario for him. My sister is an addict and I pray to god she hates me from somewhere far away someday. God it sucks tho, I know.
Ryan is an absolutely broken person. He has been offered help over and over but he doesn't seem to want to change. I hate to say this, but I see a bleak future for him. It wouldnt surprise me if he did intentional harm to himself He's an addict, and he has lost everything in his life because of it. He already admitted the overdose was intentional. I feel badly for all who love him and are hurting because of his actions. Most of all his children.
Jen literally disgusts me with her constant coddling and enabling with Ryan!!!! She’s literally going to coddle him to the grave then cry she doesn’t understand what happened!
ryan adult his responsible for him self you cant blame any one else his parents love him alot i can tell ryan man to it for your parents dont hurt them
The crazy thing is if they can get drugs in jail I could see him getting high on Christmas because I think that would tempt him. Do you guys know do they actually have access to that? Or maybe he will realize he doesn't want to be in there for 3 years so he'll fly straight but I'm sure it's easy to get drugs in jail. I'm glad I don't know
I truly love Jen and Larry but the tough love the judge is giving is exactly what he needs. He is a grown adult and he acts like a juvenile . His priority should have been his children but he'd rather post about a dictator he plans on voting for and go to bars and get in fights and get wasted and hook up with his girlfriend. You can't make somebody who they aren't. Being an addict is a disease but I am very curious all those hundreds of medical records if there's something mentally wrong with Ryan and it's none of our business I'm just wondering. It's only his place to ever tell anybody if he ever wanted to but I'm very curious as to maybe that's why he acts the way he does. Maybe he has explosive disorder ? My soulmate had that and it made me end up leaving him

I'm from the same area. Our justice system here in Chattanooga. Is all about who you know, if you have a lawyer an who you are an if you have money. He's had so many chances an got a slap on the wrist. I've actually met him several times. An he's that type of person, he can do whatever he wants. He's been out there on drugs for along time now. Way before his second wife. It's sad how some would love the opportunity. He's taking it as a joke an i just don't think he's ready. I've been sober for 2 years an you have to want it an hit rock bottom before you take it serious. Court ordered and especially if they sent him to Chattanooga (CADAS) rehab, it's not the best one around. Hell, i was there when someone died an they knew how intoxicated she was an let her lay down on her back an didn't check on her. I found her. He needs 6 months to 1 year in a different program. Eventually there's only three ways about it, go back to jail, go to a longer program, or dead. Also, Silverdale jail is rough. The judge probably thinks "he doesn't belong in there". But our DA is a beast, she's new and does not like people that does drugs and relapses over an over. She doesn't play. But she's only saving lifes.
I know it mat be naive, but I'm honestly still really rooting for Ryan. I feel like, for the first time since 16 & Pregnant, really, it seems like he's honestly been making an effort with Bentley & Maci recently and doing a lot better. I really hope that all the trouble he's been getting in and issues he's been having with MacKenzie lately don't get in the way of that progress. Sometimes, especially for addicts, you can get to a point that you just feel like you're drowning under all the trouble you've caused yourself and it eventually it just feels so hopeless and like there's no way out that the temptation to numb all the stress and hopelessness with drugs just becomes overwhelming. Even if you know it'll just make things worse for you in the long run.
Oh, and... The judge should give him at least a year behind bars. He needs it... IMHO
He neeeds three. He needs to be in prison and not jail. This boy needs hard time imo

I’m wondering if he cheated it somehow. He prob knew he better be able to pass one when he came to court.
Of course his Mom was shaking her head in disagreement. Obviously…his decisions with drugs and alcohol are not his parents fault- he’s a grown ass man- but any addict or alcoholic who has people in their life who are enabling their behavior - will only make it harder for that person to get clean. Period.
I’m a recovering pain pill addict so I have so much sympathy and thank the Lord I never did heroin or fentanyl
He deserves Jail time!
Poor Bentley I feel bad for him
Bentley sadly doesn't know any different. He's got a great step-dad, thank goodness.
@@stalkingseattle4430 I was just about to say well I’ve been saying. I’m glad Taylor is in his life because at this point that’s his dad.
I think Bentley gave up on Ryan long ago as far as Ryan being his father goes.
Larry and Jen will be on their hands and knees, begging this judge to give him a pass.
@@furbabiesaremyjam- yeeep
Many people have to hit rock bottom before they will get sober but Ryan’s parents will never allow that to happen.
Meaning he is making bad decisions sober
Right! That makes it worse.
28 days.. someone like him would need like 6 months to a year and a heavy dual facility
Not one of them deserves this
You find some new pen is ?
He needs a 12 step program. No offense of a "faith based" rehab, but he obviously doesn't have any faith.
@@nunyabisniss1179 A 12 step program for a year plus faith based would do him some good
Ryan has just honestly not hit his rock bottom , Its hard but if you really want its well worth it!
I don't know how you can say that when he went crazy tearing down a house in front of his children and his wife and then spray painted all this horrible stuff did it all in front of them threatened to kill her killed feral cats and also tried to kill himself on his wedding day by driving high on heroin not giving a s*** about that and learning the lesson how scary that was and then actually truly trying to kill himself buy overdosing on purpose so if that's not his Rock Bottom I don't know.
congratulations on your sobriety! proud of you! God Bless!
@@kellygallagher7911 she’s right he has not hit rock-bottom. Rock-bottom will be sitting in a jail cell where mommy and daddy can’t make it better for him. Where he has no other choice, but to do what he’s told to do when he’s told to do it
@@paulan7218Exactly. He will lose all support/communication with family & friends/girlfriend.
My heart goes out to Bentley. Hugs for Bentley 🤗
Jen & Larry are killing him. They've slowly been walking him right into his grave by their intense & crippling enabling.
He just doesn’t seem capable of turning his life round
Miracles happen every day. Steve-O is now sober and a vegan lol. My sister is an addict. I try to remind myself of these things when in reality, the future is bleak for any addict - especially one thag doesn’t *actually* want to get sober.
It's only a matter of time and I don't see this ending well for him sadly.
💯
He’s already had a very close call. So it’s him crying out for help really. He needs long, long rehabilitation!!
Unfortunately I agree. For some reason I’ve had a bad feeling about him and his situation for a while in regards to eventually him succumbing to his addiction and sometime soon us seeing “Ryan Edward’s DEAD at …” 😢😢 I hope I’m wrong but
Didn’t someone say that the judge is a friend of Ryan’s parents and that’s why he cuts him so much slack?
Im surprised that he passed he drug test 😮, but Still he is like that because of his parents
Ryan needs tough consequences if he wants to live. Unfortunately my daughter didn’t learn from the ramifications of her addiction and she passed away. I would much prefer to see her in jail for as long as it took
I guess it’s all Macy’s fault!
I’m so sorry for your loss 😢
Yes I agree. And I’m also sorry for your loss…
@@highjinx6519 thank you 🙏🏻
@@carliwithani1815 thank you 🙏🏻
I thought my sister in law was getting a lot of chances but she was sent to a rehab got kicked out then they sent her to rehabilited prison then drug court then got kicked out if drug court for an assault charge and so now she is in a real prison.
Thank you for no spoilers in the title lol
A gf?? Jesus. Mote enablers 🙄. I tell you when people like this have enablers it just doesn't go well they just are terrible people and sometimes they try to go find more enablers instead of doing the right thing and being right this is gross.
Urine tests can have preliminary result but has to be confirmed by a lab for confirmation to be submissable in court.
Guys even if his test was clean does not mean he was/is clean. There a re things you can take to clean your pee. If I was him and new I was going to court well I would do everything I could to test clean before going to court. He knows the court game so he knows how to work it. IMO he is not clean!
That’s what I suspect as well.
Jen babies him and does not making him be an adult she does everything for him
Praying for Ryan!
Safest place for him for those holidays. Since he's not on his meds correctly and making bad decisions.
Hes never going to learn
His parents make me sick!
Aa if he cares about missing hia daughters birthday 😂 he trashed the house she lives in
I see why Bentley doesn't want to be around him or his family. It is really hard on him.
You’re so likable.
I guess Ryan won’t be partying at the bar for New Years Eve. I doubt his daughter birthday is a priority for him.
There’s just some you can’t help!
It's good seeing if there's some justice finally because he's been incredibly abusive for many years. Maybe this will finally build a good character in him and he will change his ways
Ryan thinks if he’s clean for 30 days, he’s clean for life, and therefore doesn’t need to do the maintenance to REMAIN clean.
I just gotta say, I love your channel Elle. 💚 Happy Holidays🎄🎁🎅🏼🤶🏻
There's a few different ways they do drug test. They can dip the ones w panels for immediate results or seen it to lab to test levels which usually take 2-3 days. Hair ones can go as far back as 90 days. And of course blood test.
Elle what’s the number? For mothership podcast. I watched replay. Please and thank you!!! I got a good topic
Vivitrol actually blocks opiates from working. If you do any opiates within the 30 days it will make you really sick. It puts you into withdrawal symptoms. It also curbs cravings but that's the least it does.
I like your shirt, great video
Hey hun I'm new from Ireland
He is a good looking guy. I always thought he was so hot. Lol There for a while he was looking a little crazy. But hes looking a bit better again.

Speeding could kill someone one month
The Judge is a friend of the family😉
The whole family dynamic is toxic
judge is exhausted with this already be tough on mr ryan 🔮🔮🔮🔮🔮🌸🌸🌸
It can be sent to a lab to brake it right down that's what they do in UK
That is the date of my granddaughter’s 2nd. Birthday!
They will send urine tests away to see the levels and things
IMO i think Ryan needs to hit rock bottom. Unfortunately, he has never had to be held accountable, and it's clear his parents are still enabling him 🤷♀️
I enjoy these videos, ignore the haters, it's your channel you do as you please ❤
Sometimes courts will do toenail tests too. So it could have been hair or toenail
He probably passed the drug test because some drugs don't show up after a few days. He could have been clean for only a few days before. They should do a hair follicle drug test.
But those can go back years I think. And we know he has been on drugs in that past few years so of course he won't pass a hair test.
@@britnysnyder4991 yeah, that makes sense.
Finally.
Is that Ryan’s lawyer in the wrinkled suit with matted hair?
I’m over Ryan at this point. Good luck to you sir. I pray you put this life style down…..
Jen literally disgusts me with her constant coddling and enabling with Ryan!!!! She’s literally going to coddle him to the grave then cry she doesn’t understand what happened!
ryan adult his responsible for him self you cant blame any one else his parents love him alot i can tell ryan man to it for your parents dont hurt them
Ryan is the result of his parents!

Hello
It's a hard road with he likes drug 2 much.Mybe in yhe future he will stop.stay home a little liquor a little weed live the hard core drugs alone.
Biased?? 😂
Such a repetitive action.
Why not just post whatever courtroom video you have instead of just talking for an hour about it?
Why is there a timer on the videos now?
