it was pretty funny, i'd like to think that Steven learned something through this little exchange. I'm glad he bit the bullet and came out of the gate saying that he wasn't comfortable to discuss things he had little knowledge of though. However this entire thing shouldn't be treated as a debate, it was anything but. Surprisingly knowing the kinds of people Steven has been known to pull on his stream, it was more in the vein of an actual discussion and it was quite interesting to listen to. I think fallacies in a discussion or argument are pretty much inevitable unless you're writing the entire thing out before hand but it was not too bad in this case i don't think. One problem i did have though was with the whole HGH thing, when skhreli said people take and give it to their children all the time to help them grow into a more reasonable height percentile for their gender/genetic background it did not seem right to say something like that; i grew up short and girly framed until the end of middleschool and to administer it to me was never an option for my parents so idk where he got that one from, and it is a point of view that i've never even heard anyone say they uphold until he did, and this is coming from some one balls deep in medical school; maybe i have yet to see it. All in all very productive talk and i would be very interested to hear more from Skhreli's point of view in the future, he's got a good head on his shoulders.
