    I was a paralegal on federal criminal defense cases for a few years. Let me tell you, _SO MANY PEOPLE_ snitch. Listening to hip-hop you’d think that a large portion of people stay solid on not snitching but, for example, I had a case with 37 crips who were indicted on a big distribution ring and every single one but one person, my client funnily enough, snitched.

    • @kingoliever1
      @kingoliever1 2 года назад +26

      They say it but rethink quick when the prosecution hit´s them whit the book. Probably real friends often get forgotten to be mentioned but yeah from people that where in Prison you hear different. But also snitching inside the prison to guards is something other then in a legal process and i heard this can get you acutely easy stabbed.

    • @whodat417
      @whodat417 2 года назад

      That 37 crip indictment the fbi only wanted one person and probably the person that didn't snitch. When people get indicted the FBI put thier tenticals out and pick up anyone they can for the soul Purpose of snitching. It's going to get even worse because the feds got rid of psi parties because they stoped sending them into prison with papers

    Have a bit of an issue with the line of questioning around pharma and doctors. Shkreli stated that doctors are the ones giving patients the referrals for drugs, and that there's almost no advertising of most drugs to the public. This places the blame solely on the doctors for wrong/overpriced recommendations. What he left out is the incentives that the pharmaceuticals give to the doctors to pressure them into recommending the wrong/overpriced recommendations. The shitty doctors are to blame, but so are the pharmaceuticals.

      @@GamingBlake2002 You're right, I missed that. However, relistening to the context around it, even then, he's putting the vast majority of the blame on the doctors, by prefacing it with "Drug company's job is to make the stuff, not do much more than that." (1:24:43).
      And it is then followed by, physicians need to be realistic about their expectations, and get experience with the drugs? I get that there are supposed to be clinical trials, but once something has been approved for mainstream use, it should be on the drug companies to be truthful, not for the physicians to do further personal clinical trials.
