In The Lost Artefact, Lara learns of the existence of a fifth meteorite artifact called the Hand of Rathmore. She begins her investigations at the castle of Dr. Willard in the Scottish highlands, progresses to exploring the Channel Tunnel in Dover and then ultimately ends up in the catacombs of Paris, where she is confronted by Sophia Leigh.

For me The Lost Artifact is quite easy and it was not made by the same developers of the previous games but by a different team who learned the developing tools while making it. Very confortable on the difficult side compared to TR2, TR3 and TR4.
@mimine8207 Tr4 was a new realm and definitely had some getting used to. I see what you're saying there. I loved the add-ons and this one was pretty tricky lol Ohh, the memories. Such great games!
Out of all the RUclips live streamers that play the remastered versions of Tomb Raider. I think you’re the best at it. You remember to pickup all the secrets, all the items, etc. A lot of other players don’t do that very well.
Not really all the ammos. Still, finding all the secrets are the core of my videos 😄

After all these years, thanks to the remastered collection, I FINALLY get to play the Tomb Raider 3: Lost Artifact expansion! And as an avid fan of the original Tomb Raider trilogy, this expansion is everything I thought it was going to be! Right now, I finished the Scotland levels and got all of the secrets so far. Now I need to beat the Chunnel level. I love how you studious and focused you are while you’re doing your walkthroughs. You pretty much never leave any stone unturned! Thank you for sharing this masterpiece with us!

One of the hardest games in the classic series, and ironically the FIRST Tomb Raider game I ever played and owned. Never made it past level 1 as a kid. Had the old standalone PC version.

I thought the hardest games in the classic series was Angel of Darkness.
I think it's much easier than TR2, TR3 and the other Gold expansions tbh
Expansions aren't really that hard except for TRUB. I think TR3 is the hardest because in some levels they provided with multiple routes. I believe CORE designed that deliberatlly in oder to encourage the players to have more exploreations 😉
Finally someone make a video about this DLC, i was waiting for it.

I never played this back then but did now in the remaster. Man, this expansion is fn amazing. I just wish they would have put some short story cutscenes.
Man, Shakespear Cliff is one depressing level. Not only it's an aftermath of a recent train crash, but Lara also shoots some ordinary workers with wrenches, who probably just try to make ends meet working a low-pay job. And Lara doesn't even gain anything from murdering them. Couldn't there be more trigger-happy mercenaries instead?
Nope! They are SLinc employees. SLinc stands for Sophia Lee Incorporated. I hope that cleared some things up for you. SLinc was experimenting on people in "Sleeping with the Fishes" too. Not so innocent after all. SLinc likely caused the explosion and train derailment or the derailment was a ruse to hide the experiments and Meteorite material recovery too or all of the above. Shakespeare Cliffs loading screen's newspaper says they shut the tunnel and are trying to repair the tunnel yet, are analyzing the "goo" independently. They're shady. There's a really high definition version that's cut off but, has a typo too xDD
Well, they have no problem beating Lara to death. So they are not so inocent 😅

Thanks Steven appreciate the help here couldn't beat the original as the difficulty was quite high as 1 of my 1st games but yes hardest part with the remaster was not knowing what to do next on the remaster in certain areas. Great video you put together.

Regarding the Hand of Rathmore, according to the producers, if Willard would gotten this artifact as well, besides the other fours, for the ritual in the Meteoric Cavern, its believed that he would become a "higher being", than become the insectoid mutant.
Though that i wonder what kind of "higher being" Willard would become?
The thing is the story didn't tell us what's the power of the 5th artifact. My theory is perhaps Dr. Willard housed it in Scotland because it was heavily guarded by the local guards. I just don't get the reason for that artefact being stolen. And the connections with Sophia 👀👀👀

@@stevenPCGaming i think that sophia got the hand before she got killed by london that makes sense with that what the guy at begin of luds gate tell that they was in stinky smelling thing for days that what the hand creates i think the power of the hand is radiation and maybe it try to take the world in a other dimension where deads are alive

The adventure in TR3 gold really gives me the vibe of "story progressing" but dunno why TR3 doesn't

On "Sleeping with the Fishes" right now...SUPER impressed with the variation in this DLC! Every level has been completely different so far!

Pretty nice, seeing this DLC played again. Nonetheless, I never got what the hell is going on, in that French village. Now I'm almost sure the entire Level 6 was an hallucination (taking the final sight of the sky as a confirm).
In another parallel dimension I think. The thing is how was Sophia Leigh not dead back in London? 😲
@@stevenPCGaming I never figured out why Lara put the Hand in a guy's chest, then appeared on the top of this sort of pit in this strange ruin, almost being crushed by a fake meteorite rolling from nowhere. And there are some revenant folks, including miss Leigh. Right now I have two options: this was a sort of hellscape or it was really just a "trip".
In the original game, looking at the green Moon upon the village, I speculated the village's atmosphere was full of a sort of gas that was originated from the sltered environment and made the Moon apparently change colour. So yeah, once again, trip.
TR3's surreal level for sure!

A lot of people can even use the strong water current to go up. That's probably the hardest trick ever lol 😆
If you wanna get it like I did. Make sure you have at least 95% of HP 🫠
I struggled with this jump to if you press jump and the button you use to grip a ledge at the same time Lara does a slightly longer jump here was enough to make it for me. But yes you need a full health bar and it's not easy, just easier

@marcobrown1307 no problem glad to hear it worked out for ya. Yes some of these jumps can be difficult to get but I think there was only 1 other jump I found as difficult after this in the DLC at 25:46

Have you found any of the couple pick ups they've added?. I'm missing at least 2 or 3 now in some levels unless it's a mistake. Or do you skip some pick ups in your videos?.
There should be full pickups throughout the entire expansions. 🤔
@@stevenPCGaming Hmm... i've seen 2 levels in TR 1 now where it says i'm missing 2 or 3 pickups. Palace Midas is missing 2 now so i don't know if they added a few more for us to find. I can't think where though unless it's not counting 2 of the lead bars atm.
Edit: Yup! i think it's not counting the lead bars but then i did it again and it does.
Here because I'm doing this BEFORE the main TR3 game as I know getting all 60 secrets is gonna exhaust me for a while lol

Unless you are able to access save files, otherwise so far there's no method to access All Hollows. Wait for the patch 🥲
I never really enjoyed Tomb Raider expansions. And I still don't. However, back in time, I was able to beat all of them. Among the three first expansions, this one is the worst for me. My opinion remains the same. So, in order not to have to play it a second time, I used this video and others to help me with achievements. I'm always glad to revisit the base games though. And good job. Thank you.

It's kind of tricky. You gotta have at least 95% of health to reach that Uzis in level 1 😅

After picking up the harpoon guns on the other side, just jump into the river current, and try hard to stick with the opposite bank. I just accidentally landed on it safely without jumping over from the other side of the mountain

Yes, but not for custom levels. You can only mod those existed files 😉

I always wondered how in some fan-made levels:
You need to make sure she isn't on all fours but still crouched, (doesnt work on all fours and that's what I was trying the buttons on.)

The expansions are separate games unattached to the main games.

Make sure you don't pull over at any slopes or uneven ground. Then press the "roll" button + Left or Right to get off the quadbike 😉😉

I had played back in the days just one now i play tr3 and yes plaed many times and its difficult of all old tr's
despite how complicated og TR3 is, classic TR is probably the best puzzle game I've played 😅
To be honest, it wasn't that difficult. I really enjoyed playing Tomb Raider 3.

I would have liked the whole game to have the same quality standard but no... the London part is absolute garbage.

@@AaAa-vn7br That's not a glitch. Confirmed by most of players in the community. Also, it has no connections with secrets. If it's a speedrun like you said, you would have probably seen a lot of glitch moves instead of the only one in here 😉😉
