Story
Lara heard rumours about mystical Emperor's Dragon Mask.
The ancient script revealed the mask hides in the Emperor's Tomb in Tibet. Of course, the tomb is sealed by the mystical key. The scroll told the key is hidden and buried with the trustworthy friend of the emperor in the underwater city of Heracleion. Fortunately for Lara, the Ruins of Heracleion was revealed recently by the scientist. The discovered sunken Russian submarine and the ruins under the sub. The only place Lara could find any clues is in Venice, precisely the forbidden archives guarded by the mafioso fifth.
The task is simple. Find the clue in Venetia. Find the mystical key, and locate the forgotten Emperor's Tomb in Tibetan Mountain and obtain the Emperor's Dragon Mask.
LARA: "Well, it seems I will have a busy week. Find the clue about the location in well guarded archives in Venice. Locate the sunken submarine that revealed the underwater city of Heracleion. Then I need to locate the Emperor's Tomb in Tibet. I hope there won't be any dragon or those ugly living chinese statues with mighty spears."
Almost all of levels have lots of enemies, which means they are very challenging. And some of the movement requires to be very experienced. Anyway, I enjoyed the storyline and what is each level taken place.

Absolutely spectacular. These levels could easily have been in a Tomb Raider game. Or taken as a whole: an expansion. There are many details that show a deep understanding of the game's mechanics and level layout. Amazing work!
Its interesting seeing tomb raider 1 and 2 textures mixing in a single level, that's pretty cool!

My favorite part about TR2 styled levels will always be that the flares give off a useful white light and last for 60 seconds. Yes I will always be a sourpuss about those 30 second flares that give out vomit-colored lighting. :(
Well I thought it's 90 secs 😱. And yeah, 30 secs of flare settings isn't really enough for me. I usually get myself into an embarrassing situation when the flare is out.. 😒
I still wonder about those troll-medipacks in Egypt....

Damn men! Stand up and give a long applause, this is what I call have talent, you guys made and amazing multi level version of TR2 including TR1 level, SIMPY AMAZING.
People nowadays are creating awesome levels in TR2 and TR1 💯💯. they are truly the excellent builders

Hahaha. It's indeed necessary to fight those living statues with grenade launcher. Especially in this small chamber 😱

I love these situations because every scenario will not be easy for Laura and the guardians will protect what is theirs at all cost. I like how you did thus in a TR1 as well. I love all the action at moments instead of all the exploring.

Wow, just wow. I absolutely love this and its blend of level type. Back in the day i would have paid £££ for this in Electronics Boutique !! And not too much block pushing/pulling which is nice to see. Love the end area as well, which has a horde of my all time favourite TR enemies. Question about the room in level 4, which is gated off and has loads of pick ups, is it possible to get in there ?
yes, it's possible. But normally you can't get inside. You need some trick :)

This is cool, this would have been a perfect secret level for collecting all 3 dragons in the game. I wish you could have been employed by the team to make levels in the main games back then. I'm actually really shocked at how great this level is. I wish I could try it out myself but I don't have a gaming pc 😭 great work man 😁👏💯
You don't really need a powerful PC to run this one. It's still the old engine and you just need one pc to run it 😉

Amazing TRLE indeed! :) I was wondering, at 5:50 when you fall in the water the music keeps playing. In my PC version, whenever I’m underwater the music is muted. Do you think you can help? :,) I’m also Arsunt’s patch for TR2

After finally watching this to the end... can't you still destroy dormant jade guardians with the Grenade Launcher by manually firing grenades right into their green form? I think they were able to be killed off that way in the original game but this was like 22 years ago for me so my memory may be shot.
I am not sure if it would work. Try not to mess up with the game as much as possible is better 😂
Hi Steven, nice TR2 levels, you mention the guns bravo, but not others ? The grenade launcher in the Pharaoh's Gate level is impossible to take ? For the yetis, one shot of the poof machine and they die ! For the harpoon gun, don't shoot very far, stay very close of them ! For the rats with the harpoon gun, lol I take a note...

Why did you move that block at 15:27? Was there a reason for that? Because it looks like you could make that jump without it.
There's a different tile on the floor. I suspected that block might do something. But I was not sure.
So I was thinking, fine just push it. It might change something but mostly have positive effect.

Just curious but is there a limit to how many npc's / enemies you can add on the level in the map maker?
I am not the level builder . But I think it's yes. I used to hear another builder said he was out of the NPC space because he set too many of them .
@@stevenPCGaming Well there is no limit for enemies, there is so-called Moveables limit and that is for all objects like Enemies, doors, just everything .. and Static Limit and that is for All decorations like a skeleton, grass, Pipes, etc.. also In Tr2 there is the limit for how many enemies can be active at once. If you activate 6 or more enemies they will start to flicker or be invisible until other dies :)

Isn't the custom levels enhance the game graphics, or just because its on PC?
Well there's no way to port it to newer PS or Xbox platforms. For me it's still the original graphic from Classic TR. I can't say if that's enhanced graphics :O
At 1:11:48 you said don't think about picking up the medipacks, ammos, and guns because the place is full of traps or enemies?
Normally it's impossible to get inside the room.
