This is the 3rd video I have watched so far, and it is the most technically thorough & best demonstration of the few. It's a bit long but I learned a lot. One recommendation, I would drop the list of possible diagnoses here due to patients watching may become more anxious about the results they are being tested for. Their own doctor should explain that part ahead of time, depending on what the goal of the test is as well as what the patient needs to know ahead of time or not. ( at his/her discreton). Thanks.
I had mine done yesterday, not the needle part dr said he didn't want to go ahead and do the second part,1st part was so painful maybe cause I'm 5"4 and weight 97 lbs. But I dislike the test
I'm female 24 years old 147 lbs 5.6 feet.. I went to take ncv test because only 1 of my hands was having burning sensations when used alot... So i did NCV test on both hands, one was fine before test but after the test it got bad and it started burning me that very same night and i feel my fingertips getting numb and heavy. , they used 50 mili amps on me with pulse width 100... and it was so painful and my hand jumped alot.. Is there a chance ncv tests are harmful?
I am getting this done later this week. This puts my mind at ease.

What are the chances of accidentally puncturing a vein, nerve, or artery?

so for this. is it okay to use same needle to stick you? I think it is better to use new needle every time they stick you.
How about for leg spasms?
