- For many years I have been stating that Codex Sinaiticus (Aleph) was a 4th Century document. This is how I was taught. New information has come to light, that now proves conclusively that it is in fact a 19th Century forgery. This startling revelation must be spread to all Christians, so that they can realize that all of the newer versions (which claim to be updating the King James Bible) are in fact based on a corrupt manuscript. Sinaiticus is NOT an "older and better" manuscript. Modern Christianity is a system of deception!

My friend, do you realize that the KJV shortly after 1611 included 80 books. In 1687, the Pope put 14 books in a separate category. In 1880 two priests of the Anglican church took those 14 completely out of the Bibles printed in the US and England. After I started reading these ond Jubilees, my eyes have been opened more and understanding increased. Read these without trying to decide if they are Scripture, but allow the Spirit to tell you what to add to your understanding and what to discard. Bless you!

Elihu was the younger of Job's friends and realized that the older friends were not wiser, and at the end of the book we see the Lord reproving the older friends in chapter 42. Hey brother, I’m a relatively new Christian and I have been having an extremely hard time finding a bible based church based on the true gospel. I don’t want to be entertained by music, dancing nor pastors making changes to the gospel as they see fit. Just trying to find a men’s bible study has been hard. Thanks for preaching the truth.
I too saw A Lamp In The Darkness, prayed about getting confirmation and have been watching David Daniels for as long as he first started on his research concerning this. Gail ripplinger's book "New age Bible versions" is a must-read for all Christians... Absolutely sickens me how people have accepted all of these so-called Bibles... When you put a King James Bible next to these other books there's such a clear difference between them.. I'm so glad I didn't need to know Hebrew and Greek and Aramaic.. the word of God bears witness in spirit that it is the truth..

I recommend Gail's books to people almost every day. In fact, I've even given a few of them away to folks who were truly searching for the truth. I plan on doing the same thing with Bryan's must-read book, The Godhead Doctrine.
That book is a steaming pile of garbage filled with false information. She even lies about her degrees and titles. All her schooling was in home decor yet she lists all the years of her schooling to credit her teachings. It's manipulative. I highly recommend listening to James White and the debate they did as well as the other information he has about the book. Please check out the kjv only controversy on the Jonhn ankerberg show. It's very helpful.

The last two dive into the forgery of the Sinaiticus and the gnostic nature of the corrupt manuscripts. I am also currently watching his documentary "The True Christian History of America"
I have also done this research and God led me to David W Daniels several years ago and I bought his first book about the KJV. This was an answer to my earnest prayer to the Lord. I have quite a testimony about it.

Can I ask a question? I am 65 and of course was raised on the KJV, which I still prefer. However, I do have an NLT which I sometimes use to clarify the KJV if the wording confuses me. Is there anything I should be particularly careful to keep in mind? I also have an NKJV because it is what my church uses to follow along but use my KJV 9% of the time

There is no apocrypha in the KJV 1611, they are the deuterocanonical books
It was an insert between OT & NT just for the historical value, however, soon thereafter this practice ceased.
Just for historical and no one on the translator team believed it. King James removed it since it was Popish.

It's always good to use the Strongs Concordance with the Bible. There are words in there that are mistranslated, especially the word cross.Using the Torah also helps.

Deut 4:2 (KJV) and Rev 22:18-19 (KJV) tell us there can be only one preserved Word of God. And yet version after version is spewed out to deceive.
There is not a power that is not given by God. Through providence God raised up the most powerful nation there ever was or will be, the U.S.A., and in its infancy it was given the preserved word of God; “Robert Aitken, a Philadelphia printer, was the first to publish the first American edition of the K.J.V. New Testament in 1781 and the K.J.V. Old Testament in 1782, omitting the Apocrypha. On completion, he petitioned and received from the Congress of the Confederation, an official endorsement that Aitken added to the binding of his Bibles, to assure colonists that they were buying a non-royalist edition: “Resolved, that the United States in Congress assembled… recommend this edition of the Bible to the inhabitants of the United States and hereby authorize him to publish this recommendation.” As a result, the Aitken Bible (KJV) is often referred to as “The Bible (KJV) of the Revolution.”
The nation was given the KJV, not the dead sea scrolls, not the book of Enoch, not Hebrew books etc. but only the KJV. If God wanted us to understand his word in Hebrew he would have raised this nation up speaking Hebrew. Back in the 1600’s God saw to it that the certain scriptures were translated into English “KJ Bible” and was put into print so that all could read for themselves the truth that in in the scriptures. God did this because he knew that he would bring about this powerful nation [U.S.A. and the English language] of ours to lead the world. The scriptures were written by apostles and prophets inspired by God through the Holy Ghost. The compilation and translation to English was also done by the direction of God through the Holy Ghost and he did not make any mistakes, i.e., the fourth horse being “pale” was no mistake, the horse is not green.

People say that they believe that scripture was written by the direction of God and the Holy Ghost, which is true. And yet no one seems to know of or speak of a very clear fulfillment of prophecy in our recent history. We (U.S.A.) are the ones who brought down fire from heaven in Aug. of 1945 and we are the ones that gave life to the image of the beast in May of 1948. Rev.13:13-15 (KJV).

wow, reading so many books has made you mad. Are you actually claiming its a fake? That is not helpful. David did all his research base on photos. Some looked darker some looked lighter but he and now you are mistaken. Go look at all the originals. Have you ever seen the originals?

KJV isn’t bad, but Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic are better. English isn’t like Hebrew or Aramaic or Greek. Ancient Hebrew and Greek and Aramaic are MUCH more similar because of their similar thought processes and ancient world views (not to mention the Jewish influence on all three languages as they are used in Biblical texts). If you can’t read ancient Hebrew, Greek, or Aramaic, then KJV is fine. But it is not the best. The translation into English filters far too much information. It doesn’t destroy the Gospel, but it strains out very good, very edifying information out.
Do the research. Don’t make an idol of holy things.

King James Bible stands alone is what David W said!
This is realy bad for non English readers, it is pride yo say that, what about all the people in the non English countries? Think about that!
I compared the Brenton Septuaginta, the KJVAAE, the Peshitta and the SV (the most accurate Dutch Bible) there is non of them the same, i realy believe we are close to Amos 8, to many Bible versions. I believe we all need to be close to Yah and lead by the Holy Spirit.
Saying thou didst lie is misleading, as if to say thou didst speak to deceive.
For though a lie is something that is contrary to truth, I perceive that a lie is spoken intentionally to deceive.
But to say on thy part rather thou wert ignorant and therefore misled and by this did mislead I see as more accurate.
Sounds like the Rapture Lie.
You bought a lie and continue to spread the errors associated with that lie.
It's great thing to be humble and to admit one's fault. good job brother

This too. You speak quite ill of these men of the past. Reinterpreting the past by way of your fansiful imaginations. You are no better than the men you accuse. You are doing a diservice to our community.
I can't believe thus guy repents of lying to just keep lying.
There are doctrines that are foundational, nature of God, sin of man, attonement, etc. There are doctrines that are not. 5 Sola's, majesterium, apostolic succession, etc. The doctrines that provide a framework to understand Scripture can be broken. That is a good thing. When a theory is inadequate, it opens up new boundaries of knowledge. Stop being sad when the limits of your doctrine our found. Be excited that there are new things to learn.
