I recently drove a 2021 F8 Tributo and can tell you, in a match of sheer acceleration and speed, it's no contest. A few minutes later, I drove a 2020 Aventador. I'm sure it's faster with the AWD and all, and I believe the specs, but frankly driving it, it didn't feel any quicker/faster. And at over 6x the cost, it's no contest.
I purchased a 2017 z6 2lz this past Friday. It has a deep growlm as it's 650 hp propels it any awaiting road in search of adventure. By virtue of this, this ninety percent disabled veteran enjoys a bit of adrinaline rush and sense of freedom. I love it!!!

Ah, the Arctic White Corvette C7 Z06 with Adrenaline Red interior, my dream car. It just looks absolutely gorgeous! Perfect balance of a simple, sleek, streamlined aesthetic; with a low, agressive stance to it as well. Nothing too exotic, nothing too excessive, nothing overdone. I honestly don't care too much about performance as I don't really plan on driving fast, and I most likely will be caught in traffic anyway, but hey, if I can have supercar performance for 60 grand; you best bet I'm taking it!
60k for this vehicle depending on how much it’s been used is not too shabby. White is not my color but this car in yellow, blue, orange or red would be outstanding. Love the interior. 650 hp and pound feet of torque is to die for. Beautiful car and outstanding review as always. 👍
C7 still looks 1,000 times better then the C8. The C8 just looks very very odd, I think the proportions are what I don't like, the interior is blah & I absolutely hate the rear end.
But a C5 is second behind a C4 as the least popular and worst looking Corvette. It doesn't turn heads like a C7 does. A C5 Z06 only has 385 horse power. That's nothing in today's world. This review is comparing a recent Z06 to current super cars, which this Z06 competes with or can even out perform.
Mite O Dan so that’s your opinion on what’s worst looking corvette and what will turn heads. Some say the c5 is best looking. Some say C7 looks like shit and doesn’t look like a corvette anymore. My opinion is C2 is best looking Vette. We all have our opinions 2001 C5Z06 385 HP, 2002 and up 405 hp. I’m guessing that 405 hp still sucks for you but it is a bit more than the 385 you quoted. $60k plus for a c7 z06 is still a lot of money hence my comment on the C5 Z06 being best value for money.
C7 Corvette looks very beautiful and with the Z06 model it looks even better with the extended width. Beautiful car. I really love the bodylines on the hood and the rear quarter panel with those side sills. Speedometer has the Lamborghini-esque style. Rear view looks very aggressive. Very beautiful. With those horsepowers it's worth it if you like front engine Corvettes 👌🏻
To watch this and here him say "For this one you're gonna be looking at 59,000$" makes me cringe at the fact that 2014 C7 stingrays are selling for 40-50K right now in 2022. Geez dude less than 60K for a new ZO6 sounds like a dream at this point in time 😳
OMG the on-throttle sound is second to none and how super fast it revs causes my heart rate to increase! And what a bargain for such an awesome car but I've noticed car prices in Florida tend to be at the lowest in the country. Love these C7 ZO6s WOW!!! Thanks again Joe..
You should be scared of that car lol. After all , it's known for snap oversteer and loves to step out. It WILL kill you if you don't have throttle control. But thats part of the fun, right?
I am currently in the market for a sport/muscle car. My buddy is trying to turn me on to a vet. I’m on the fence with a hellcat challenger and the Z06. This video definitely makes the Z06 look like a good time.

These C7 are growing on me. I think the design is amazing especially in person and the performance for the money is second to none . If you buy this because you like to drive your cars for you, these are amazing. If you care about the name only , then these aren’t .

It's amazing what this car can do for the price. I have a torch red 2017 Z06 and I love it. My doctor keeps mentioning his damn Roll Royce wraith and I can understand it's a nice car but my Z06 will smoke it. I call the Corvette the American Ferrari.

This should be the new C8. The C7 looks so much better than the C8. C7 have those Ferrari 458 Italia headlight and daytime light. C7 is as close as it can get to a Ferrari.
If your budget is 60k you could also get shelby gt350 used..then send it to fathouse performance and get an 800r package for about 20k. The 800 is whp by the way. You will beat z06 with that package.

2015 and 2016’s had cooling issues. I would stay away from those year models.
Only the automatics the manual cars don’t overheat.

If your budget is 60k you could also get shelby gt350 used..then send it to fathouse performance and get an 800r package for about 20k. The 800 is whp by the way. You will beat z06 with that package.

Why does he alwyas scream when he gases it... Its soooo annoying.. like this is a review im trynna hear the car.. he does in every single video in every single car if its got 1000 horses or 100.
great review! I'm hoping to get a c7 grand sport soon but if they're not available by the time I'm ready to get one, I will see what the future holds for the c8...i really like both the c7 and the c8 but you can't deny the appeal of the c7 in ANY of it's variants

Thanks for the Vlog Joe! I've owned a 1988 Z51 Corvette and a 1991 ZR-1 Corvette. I think the C7 platform (especially the Z06 and ZR1) are phenomenal, but I am so looking forward to a C8 Z06. WooHoo!
Too bad it has the POS A8. I've never actually heard an exhaust in a Raiti's video. Only an exhaust with Raiti talking over it. It's ok to take a breath once in awhile Jesus.
GM can do all this with the Corvette, but they can't make a decent Impala?
Lame. That Z06 is bare bones. Mine is 3LZ with Z07 and carbon fiber... Not flash. Nice try selling the car.
