Really enjoyed this video. I love your enthusiasm! You purchased some beautiful items. Have fun decorating your postcards and sending some sunshine to someone’s mailbox. 🐌 📬 ❤
Hi! I am looking forward to decorating my postcards from now on. :) Thank you for watching and thank you for your wonderfully positive comment full of sunshine! 🧡💛
Hi Mhel, thanks so much again for watching and for commenting! Yes, although I do not really know the "normal" prices of the items it really seemed to me to be very nicely priced, especially because they give such huge discounts on items.
Oh my goodness😍 welcome to the world of TEMU and decorating your postcards, I love to add washi and stickers to a postcard, I find it fun and relaxing. The washi I have from TEMU has all worked very well. Have a great week 😊
:) :) :) :) Thanks so much for watching the video, Jilly. :) I started to ornament some outgoing postcards, and I love using the Washi tape. Now I want more and more variation! 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Schuey! Thanks for watching the non-stamp video! :) Sending and receiving postcards internatiolly is really a lot of fun, but depending on your time, it can be quite intense, and depending on your budget also somewhat expensive. I will enjoy doing the embellishments. :) Crafts are fun! :)
Hi Charnie! There are some many things for postcrossing!! Just amazing! Looks like it could be a lot of creative work but also a lot of fun making all your postcards!!
Thank you for showing these items. I have recently taken to placing souvenir sheets ang stamp sets on backing boards, decorating them and presenting them as one would to for Scrapbooking. Mexico (Endangered Animals) 1996 sc#1995 was the impetus for, and my Mothers scrapbooks were the creative concept behind my design of the presentation. P.S. No stamps/stamp sheets were harmed in the making of this production.
Hi Steven, that sounds beautiful and creative! Stamps and souvenir sheets can be very beautiful and I can just imagine what beautiful art pages you can create with them. No stamps harmed. :) I guess you photocopy them for the artworks? I would like to see a page. Maybe you could post a page here? I don't know. Never have seen someone post an image in comments, but just maybe you can. At the moment I think Temu is still worth buying from. You must just read very carefully through the item description to make sure you get what you expect. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!!!
Great haul video - loved your goodies from Temu 😊 Loved the dragonfly washi. I cannot find postcards here in Australia- so will have to look at Temu and add them to my order 😅. You are going to have fun decorating your postcards to send
Hi! Really so nice to see you again! Be careful when you buy postcards from Temu. Make sure what you buy are JUST postcards and not meant to make e.g. mural displays as well. I bought one set of "postcards" - they did list postcards in the description - which are much too thin to be used as postcards! I cut it out of the video to make the video shorter. ... I already ornamented a few I sent off. Love it!
Hi! The pens were a bit of a let down. Some work well, but some doesn't draw the pattern clearly, and some one really has a hard time to keep the pattern/pen running straight. Maybe I am just not using them properly! Thanks so much for watching and your comment!
Hi Charnie - excellent ideas there !! I still do not understand post-crossing (the process) - I will look into it more closely. I love all the ideas to brighten up the post cards and what you can do with sone imagination !! Really enjoyed it - thank-you !! :)
Hi Jeff, good to "see" you! :) I enjoy this craft/art side of Postcrossing. I am definitely going to pursue it. :) My PERSONAL experience of Postcrossing: it starts of very slowly, but that is probably good because it does take some time and effort and I think one really enjoys doing it; personally I struggle a little bit to keep up financially, especially with the postage costs from New Zealand; one gets very nice stamps on the postcards from all over the world; you have an opportunity to find people to swop stamps with, which I do not do yet, because I must still sort my stamps in order to accumulate stamps that I can swop with. In essence Postcrossing is simple: you create a profile, also including which postcards you will enjoy getting, you ask for an address - you get a random address for anyone in the world as well as a number to put on your postcard - the person on the other side receive your postcard and register your number/postcard; for each postcard registered, you can send another one; when your postcards are registered, your address is randomly sent to other Postcrossers worldwide, and they send you a postcard each which you receive. Fun! It is amazing generally to what trouble people go to send you a postcard you will like. I wrote you a whole book here! 😆😆🤣
