I'd love to see you reorganize your closet, especially reposition the dresser so it's more accessible! Beyond that, love this series and watching your progress. Keep it up!!
Something that has helped me stay uncluttered is not buying bathroom items until I am completely out. Often by the time I run out of something, I'm trying something new anyways, so its a slog to get through the backup lol
i don’t usually comment on videos but I love your channel so much and watching you declutter is so inspiring. I’ve spent months and months starting my decluttering journey. I have an attachment disorder and used to be a hoarder. however I’ve managed to slowly, day by day heal from it and truly love the minimal space aka everything around me is what I love and brings me only positivity and no bad memories. My attachment disorder was so severe that I kept over a decade worth of school stuff, clothes that don’t fit and just lots of stuff that I didn’t use or want but was so scared to let go of it. Still no where near finished but watching your videos is so motivating. I feel liberated and getting there slowly😅 thank you so much for these videos. It’s truly eye opening ❤️
Thank you so much for your comment Grace! It’s encouraging to hear you’re working so hard on letting go of things, sounds like you’re doing great! And remember baby steps, it’s taken me 3 years and I’m still not done ☺️! Take care x
I just found your channel and I'm enjoying watching you declutter. I help others declutter and organize their homes. A couple of things you can try is don't have extra furniture that you are just going to fill up with more stuff. If you need more furniture or bins to store stuff then that tells you have accumulated more stuff. The other thing us the rule of 1 thing in, 1 thing out. You should watch the minimal mom, I find her to be the best if you want to be a minimalist. Your doing great, keep it up
I've been trying to get to that point for 26 years!!!! I was given a copy of Don Aslett's "Clutter's Last Stand". Now my kids have moved out and I have no excuse not to go the whole way ... except a 3 year old granddaughter!!!! Lol. But I'm getting closer!!! I feel when I achieve my minimalism goal, I will die!!! Now I'm doing Swedish Death cleaning! Great to start before you have four children! Great job!!!
Oh, I've not heard of "clutter's last stand" should I give it a read? Glad to hear you're getting closer to your minimalism goal, mine honestly feels never ending too sometimes!!
I like the idea of getting rid of things we don't use, I start doing it; now when buying new things I make sure they are easy to move from one place to another...I make sure as well they are small or foldable etc..
Started getting into decluttering because the amount of stuff I owned wasn't helping my anxiety, got into project panning after that, get me to cut spending on beauty products real fast !
I think this is a great challenge. I recently did 10 things from 1 room challenge. I decluttered 10 things from my bedroom then 10 from my kitchen. I'd be interested in your challenge, it's sounds like fun
Starting to become a Minimalist too, Found your chanel while browsing for ideas Will definetely try this too😍 I can relate to procrastination too☺️ Happy cleaning
@@TheAfterWorkChannel I can't wait!! I love project pan videos, and it would fit right in with your content. I just found your channel a couple days ago, and I'm loving this series so much 💖
