- New Elder Scrolls lore video every other Tuesday.
The Elder Scrolls series is packed with intriguing lore and many of its characters/locations have fascinating stories. Join me as we explore the story of Sotha Sil, one of the Morrowind Tribunal, and perhaps the most fascinating of them all for his opinions of life, the world and his complex, spectacular creations.
This is episode 3 of the first batch of Story of... Videos where every other week will consist of an Elder Scrolls video, and every other week a Fallout one. New video every Tuesday at 8pm GMT until the 10th one.

Sotha Sil is my favorite of the tribunal, he was a humble god who did not wanted to be recognized, he just wanted to understand the mysteries of the universe and use his divine powers for that. He was a wise leader, many followed him for his willingness to share his knowledge and magic. At the end, he died betrayed by his friend. :( This is sad.
That he knew it was coming and had the solace and humility to accept it
Part of me wants to believe that his consciousness is still within the Clockwork City and that he'll return as a factotum one day.
I had an awful day at work and what do I come home to?
Well done. May the Clockwork King live on in Aetherius.
I'd really love to see an animated movie of the history of the Tribunal. One of my favorite stories. Thank you for this!
The Ashlanders claim Sotha Sil betrayed me, that's not true, he was always a loyal friend to me. Rest in Peace my old friend.
I think Sotha Sil added Mephala and Clavicus Vile to the Coldharbour Compact in the Summerset DLC.
Kagrenak must be rolling in Anumidium's skin knowing that some nerdy Chimer orphan succeeded at everything that he failed at and then some
As a Daedra worshipper, I've always had mixed feelings about the Tribunal. Until last night, when I had a conversation with Sotha Sil in a quiet peace garden in the Clockwork Realm. A rare thing to talk with him, and I hung onto every word. Of all the Tribunal members, he is the one who has my deepest respect.
High quality content thank you
This channel deserved more views, keep up the quality!
can really relate to Sotha Sil when things just keep going downhill and loosing interest in everything.
lol i love how you say Sotha Sil. Makes him sound really epic
Videos is great man, there’s so little material on Sotha Sil. Thank you for compiling it all
Here's hoping in the next TES title we return to the clockwork city and meet 'uploaded' Sotha Sil 🙏
Despite being flawed, I must admit he is a well written character who is intriguing and complex.
he was a good god sad to see him die in such a way. Sotha had no ambition for power only curiosity and knowledge, he hated being in the spotlight and isolated himself and only came out when his friends and people called out for him, he was the only good one out of three truly a god as should be. I like to think he fully assimilated himself in robotic machinery because he was losing divine power like the rest of the tribunal and could've actually helped himself if not for almlexia. After all he was the one who figured out a way to unlock the powers of the heart.
I don’t know if I’ve seen your videos before but this one convinced me to subscribe!
Enjoyed this - must have taken a lot of time in edit. He's a good character in a great story
