In this video, I talk about how and why it is a good thing to export your manga, especially if you live in a smaller country like I do (Sweden). Then getting to bigger markets is so important! I give my best tips on how to get started on exporting your manga.
I also talk about the Kicktarter me and my American publisher Phoenix Dreams Publishing is doing. The manga we are trying to get into the American market is my debut manga called "Mjau!", first published in 2010 in Sweden. It's a sugar sweet slice-of-life manga about two kittens, the stray cat Ville and the indoor cat Vanilla, who become best friends. Together they play, hunt ghosts, go on a picnic and find new friends. The story is a perfect manga for both young and old, and we are planning on getting it into libraries too!

Hello Natalia, I've been following you for a while and I love your art ! I also know you work on comics. I highly doubt that you have the time to answer my question but here goes nothing. When creating your own comic, how far into the story do you have to get to actually start drawing it out? I ask because the story I want to create might be pretty long and having to complete it before I start might take a long time. Thank you !
