- This is the first part of a seriers of video's I'm making on how to create comics and manga, step by step. Please help me spread and link these videos so that other artists in need of the information can get it. I'm a comic artist and a teacher at Serieskolan (the Comic Art School) in Malmö, Sweden. There I teach both about the comic making process and about the industry, things like how to get jobs and make a portfolio.

I'm doing a comic with friends, all three of us have our own character, and we write it simultaneously, it's going pretty well we have the first chapter all written , now we have to draw it, couldn't have done it without these tips 😅😃

Thank you so much for making this video. I'm managing a comic-related project and could not state these points to my scripting team any better than how you already stated them in your video. I hope you do not mind if I share this with them by adding it to the list of references I'm creating for them. I feel this could really help guide them when collectively piecing together the script. They seem to be focusing on getting it down rather than getting a premise and getting together main themes to be incorporated. I believe this may show them to take little steps to make progress. So again, I can not thank you enough for how well done this video is.

I’ve actually had an idea of a superhero type manga but instead of the good guy being the protagonist
It’s the so called villain whose disinterested and bored and just wants to be left alone while the “hero” is a self centered jacka** who cares more about money than helping people
