Hi Erica. I love your videos and based on your reviews I decided to purchase a hair topper from. Chiquel wigs in Canada. I am so upset with this company right now. Firstly, they sent me the incorrect topper (I ordered Jon Renau's Easipart T 18 inch in shaded praline, they sent Easipart medium - a cheaper topper with not as much coverage). I found that colour was too light, so when I sent the return I asked for shaded mocha. I sent several emails on the day I mailed the return with this colour change request.. I am so upset because they just processed the order like the original with no communication from customer service to the warehouse about the colour change. The warehouse actually sent me an email saying that I couldn't change my colour after they started their process, but my request was way before that! This is so upsetting for me to have to deal with. Your own wonderful videos and your representation of Chiquel are why I chose this company, but they have failed me twice now. This topper is really expensive and I would think the customer service should be excellent so that customers would want to continue to buy from this company in the future.

The link to the website says Top Billing 12” but it looks much longer than the one you are wearing. I’d like to try one that is between chin and shoulder length.

Chiquel doesn’t offer all colors in all pieces. I liked the “off black” color in a topper but that color is not offered in any other style or pony tail or scrunchie, etc. Why is that?
We just offer whatever colours the brands make. :) You are likely looking at one brand of topper and a different brand of ponytail. Different brands have different colours.

I did not know you had a topper on.My fear of topper is to keep it on with high winds Very windy where I live.
If you have healthy hair for it to clip to, you should be fine. 😊

I've found the rachel welsh range goes frizzy really quickly, not good value for money.
If its heat friendly fiber use heat on low from a curling iron, heated comb or straightening iron. Some use steam melts thise frizzles back to normal.
