Thankfully, our site only had us alternating two days a week and still paid us for a full 40 hour week. Once we went back to eight hour shifts, the day went by like nothing!
Just started working for them last night. 12 hour graveyard shift 9:30pm to 9:30am. I work in the guard shack, so I stay in a box all night. Hard stuff, because it gets so boring.

I just watch a lot of movies and I sleep in between patrols. What I do is I set a timer on my phone for my next patrol in case I want to have a nap. Comes in handy! I just got one of those portable dvd players so I don't have to use data on my phone if I want to watch movies. Super helpful lol and I got a nintendo switch.
I love I make between $1000 and $1500 weekly take home. I am lame no wife, girlfriend or children. So I work and enjoy life. Goto baseball games, to the movies, out to eat, buy electronics, help my friends, give money to the homeless etc I am happy. I hope you continue to enjoy the job.
@@joie8465 I no longer work with allied I do correctional now but they cut that Ehub stuff off where I was at so I couldn’t even pick up no more shifts like I used to only 40 hours then go home and that wasn’t paying enough for my bills. I do miss the old security company G4S
man 7 to 7 is a killer, essentially you can not have pets or children, as soon as you get to your house you are getting ready to sleep. I'm about to get hired as an unarmed security guard but a 10 hours shift, is still rough, I plan, I want to get pets but it will be cruel for them.
I work for Allied part time. I was a Process server, did Security and Corrections in the past. I work from 7 p.m to 7 a.m Saturday and Sundays. I like it, it’s laid back.
I work with allied but we do a lot of stuff but the paid kinda suck but the job is easy doe so if anyone trying to stack some bread and get paid weekly than you can work with allied
A lot of people actually have orientation and begin training before receiving their actual card. Once you pass the background, your card is being processed. You get it in 2 to 4 weeks.
@@David-1-2-7 No time really. I think I was working more than a week before I got my card. They just require that you pass the check, but it'll take at least 2 weeks before you actually get it.

EXACTLY! Major breech bringing cameras into a private property. We work for Allied on sites that DO NOT belong to Allied. In house security is different, but I think even with in house, you must be careful not to share inside details to the property's you are securing.

People ask what's the difference between a security guard and a security officer. A security guard is what she is, has no proper English, sleeps on the job, films at work and all day using her phone, watching movies everything except what she supposed to do. A security officer does their job by the book writes reports, watch cameras, speak in the radio using codes that law enforcement also use and when using the phone it's for 911. People mistake security jobs as a get money and go on to the next job at Walmart. Imagine working as a firefighter and going to be a barber if you are not up to security jobs to get into law enforcement don't take these jobs it makes no sense why be an officer to then go work at McDonald's it shows how dumb our society is.
Thats a blessing to be bored on a job. Rather be bored than killing my body and stressing myself out. Pay is amazing too.

Gotta find yourself a government security job, that's where the money's at! Im talking 30-40$ an hour depending on where you live.
I worked as a correctional officer at my county jail and that payed quite a bit. Its hard and dangerous work though so its definitely a no bs zone
