Hello buddy, The real Wiener Schnitzel is not made from pork, it is ALWAYS made from veal!! Your Schnitzel is a Schitzel Wiener style but not a real Wiener Schnitzel! And a Wiener-style pork schnitzel is always cut from the top shell of the leg and never from the pork neck!! This is real Austrian/Bavarian cuisine! Just for info!! Regards Da Wolfe 😁👨🍳
@@FoddieAdventures That's right, every region has its own way of making a schnitzel, even in Austria where the ORIGINAL Wiener Schnitzel comes from, the term Wiener Schnitzel is protected and may only be used as an Original Wiener Schnitzel if you also use a veal, me personally prefers pork to schnitzel! 😋 Regards Da Wolfe 😁👨🍳
