Hey, just wanted to let you know that I am so happy you made this video. I am a stay at home mom and usually if I need something done I tell my husband and wait.... for him to get around to it MAYBE. 🤣😂
So we bought a car and the radio didn't work and that is not okay with me so I was going crazy! I grew extremely impatient and decided I'll do it myself, until I got the radio out of the dash and the confusion hit. I decided to come on RUclips and see if someone had a video that I can follow along with. And here we are !!! A working RADIO with no static!
So I thought I'd let you know your video just gave me some confidence and sense achievement !!!

Can the ground wire from the antenna connect to the car chassis ?

Yes. By connecting to the radio you are connecting to ground unless there is a separate wire.
