Thank you so much for teaching us the yoga sutras. Your teaching style is wonderful. I can finally understand certain sutras. Please keep going. Namasté 🌺🍀🧘♀️
I love listening to you. You have way of making this uncomplicated and relatable. I love the voices and inflection you use. I struggle with lack of inspiration and self doubt (sloth, distress, despair). Always searching for inspiration. My takeaway: focus on the light from within!
@@samanthamay5636 Wonderful ~ I feel like these are such good signs for us...when the practice makes us kinder, we're going the right way :) If you don't mind sharing, what's a URL to check out the program? I tried googling but brought up a lot of other trainings and I'd love to see which training you took - it's nice to have a reference ~
Hi Sara! Sorry for the delay here! I don't discuss them in these videos. But looking at them, you can basically see that Patanjali is describing the types of samadhi. There is samadhi with seed, which most of us would have, where we can have moments of connection with our highest self, but then be brought back into separation by mental disturbance. For example, I may have a calm few moments of "one-ness", but as soon as a though arises, I'm out of my state, because there are still "latent" seeds that can bubble up. Ultimately, in the ultimate samadhi, there is a non-conceptual, complete immersion in Reality that is beyond words, where even the concept of "me" and "God" is eradicated because everything has unified.
Your teaching style is amazing. I learn so much from you. Thank you, thank you. Namaste!
