  • This short video invites you into a practice of embodied self-compassion. The experience of trauma can leave
you feeling like you are “broken” or “damaged.” It may cause you to carry
inaccurate beliefs that you are “flawed” and unworthy of love. Practicing
acceptance and compassion can help you rise up from these negative internal
messages. When you practice self-compassion, you fully love and accept
yourself just as you are. Can you see the ways that your life has shaped you
through a lens of acceptance and compassion?

Ah Arielle - this is such a gift today. Thank you. I am newly waking in my 82 year old body and soul. Oh gently, gently. Blessings.

Thank you for sharing that these practices are personally meaningful for you. As a new-ish clinician I am inspired by those further along in their careers that are breaking down the stigma of being a wounded healer.

Thank you. That was simple and nice. I also liked the message at the end that that is enough for now.

I really enjoyed this Arielle and my body responded very well. I realised a positive thing… I’ve been told I was too sensitive and thought that was a negative. However when I’m shown embodied practices my body responds so easily and quickly and I believe this is due to my sensitivity so I believe now my sensitivity is a positive trait in enabling me to navigate my own healing as I learn new practices 🙌🏻 so grateful for you sharing yr knowledge with us. 😃
