Hi Sir Jose, pleasant good day... Sir I just want to ask if there is a resetter for pgi 570 and cli 750? is there a possibility to be shipped here in the Philippines? thank you very much,,,
Can you tell me if the chip re-setter will work with a Cannon CL-41 and a PG-40 in cartridge ??? if so, could you pls do a video showing that type of cartridge being reset cause I would really need to get a re-setter for my type
You said there is a difference in chips between the CLI 42 and the CLI8 carts. Will the orange USB resetter you show reset the CLI8 as well as the PGI5BK.
Let me please phrase the question. Will the orange USB chip resetter you suggest, reset the CLI8 & PGI5BK carts? If not, is there a resetter you can recommend for the CLI8 & PGI5BK
The best resetters are the USB Powered ones from RedSetter. Go to www.precisioncolors.com and search there to see if they have one for your cart models and if not you can try EBAY. But I prefer the type that is usb powered to prevent permanent chip damage due to partial power from half used batteries.
Hi got the same problem (printer can code)but happened with the usb resetter. Do you think its possible if you make a bad connection on the point of the resetter or if ink got on the points when resetting this will right a bad code? probably 10-20 cycles.
What exactly is the problem you are having? You chip will not reset? Are you allowing the resetter to complete the operation? You can also have a corrupted chip due to partial resets. Also make sure the plug is completely pushed into the resetter body.
Jose Rodriguez hi .before I ask u a question .just love to say I think your brilliant .now I have canon pixma mg 3051 and all lights are flashing .won't connect to WiFi .could you help me please xx
The only data on the chip is the serial number. It doesn't tell the printer how much ink is in the cartridge. The printer is responsible for merely estimating how much ink is in the cartridge from the first time it reads the serial number from the cartridge. All you need is to keep 4 empty cartridges , place all 4 in printer and then your full refilled cartridge number 5 will work as full.
What in the world are you talking about??? I think maybe that would have worked led a decade ago maybe. Not so any longer. I don't think you have a grasp as to how these chips work and how they help in reporting approximate ink levels in Canon or even Epson pinters.
Jose Rodriguez works on all printers, HP, Cannon, Epson, old new all the same. As I have a business in this industry I can assure you my original comment is sound information. You can also see proof of this from various videos that others have posted exposing the scam that ink cartridges are for profits and how the chip isn't even a chip. Just a tiny magnetic strip hidden inside with a serial number. A printer can only remember 2-6 previously used cartridges. Newer more expensive printers possible remember more cartridges but from experience never more than 6. Try it for yourself.
Canon imageprograf tm200 pfi120 chip reset? Or no?
Do you need to reset the cartridges or can you use it with a low ink warning?
If you refill you must reset. The only way to have a somewhat accurate control over ink levels.
Is there a ink tank reset system for the Canon imagePROGRAF W8400 (Pigment)?

Original OEM and You are refilling? The easiest way to solve this is to just buy another new OEM cart. Check your chip contacts on the print head.
