Love the look your wanting to achieve this year! On the vintage books even if there newer I have found taking a sanding block and sand over the whole book will give you the aged look. I’ve done several cheap books I have found over the years.
Hello Tiffany!! I love your style you've chosen this year for your Christmas decor. I've been looking at the same styles for mine. It's so simple but so cozy!!! Can't wait to see you decorate!!! Take care God bless!!!
Agree about shopping early so you don't miss out! The Hobby Lobby stores 25 and 45 minutes away from me still dont have their Christmas dishes out, even though I have seen them in 'shop with me' videos recently... my FOMO kicked in and I ended up ordering them from Hobby Lobby's website-some pieces were already sold out!
@erikastanger7848 I spoke with the seasonal manager at the store closest to me and he said they won't put the dishes out until the autumn decor is mostly sold out-our store is on the smaller side and apparently they just don't have the room.
So excited for all the Christmas videos coming out!🙌🏽 So just my two cents, I also love a homey, nostalgic tree with hand me down and inherited ornaments, along with all our travel ornaments (yes even our Disney ones😂). However, I also really like a color coordinated tree that I start planning out months in advance. If you have space, I would recommend putting up more than one tree. We put up 5 trees around the house. The one we open gifts around is always what I call our hodgepodge tree. The one on the back side of the house and in the dining room are the trees I plan out and those are definitely elevated. But this way, it allows me to have the best of both worlds. However, the way I make my hodgepodge tree look elevated, is by getting two or three really beautiful ornaments, and repeat those on the tree, a minimum of 6-8. I find beautiful glass ornaments seem to do the trick, because those make a tree look more expensive (even if they are from Walmart👊🏽) But with those repeated ornaments, the tree looks intentional and styled, even if I add in my ornaments that I have picked up over the years that are all mismatched. 😘
I'm stoked to see what you end up with! I typically go all out for fall, lots of color everywhere. I'm thinking to go more minimal this year with just greenery and some white, with maybe a few pops of red. I love red berries in my decor, so we'll see what happens. For your windows, go check out Til Vacuum Do Us Part. Ashley recently hung curtains in her bedroom. They are hung quite high, with a black rod, the curtains themselves are a sheer white. I think a light linen would look stunning in your space, hung higher up and puddling lightly on the floor. Just a thought!
I really enjoyed this video. I have learned so much from you about decor and housewarming. I feel like I am a grown-up now at 47 years old. I am getting rid of the clutter and the stuff that just doesn’t bring me joy. I love to decorate Christmas in only vintage Decour, but I am really loving the natural look and have been steering towards the heart when purchasing new Christmas items and I need to thank you for that because I don’t think I’ll ever would’ve changed my style. And I like it.
Hi!! I think that bell garland that is hanging in the cream wood piece is from hobby lobby ..and just distressed with paint. Not sure if you Jenna pierce on RUclips but she distresses those kinds of things all the time. Love the inspo pics:)
this is my first video of yours and i’m already in love. love your preface about not overbuying this year! we’re introducing new simple things to freshen up the decor we already have and buying a few meaningful pieces that will be used for years to come
I know exactly what you mean about Christmas decor, hobby lobby and target are all ready out of stock on a lot of items. I can’t wait to see how you decorate for Christmas!🎄❤️
👵💜 my word it isn't even Halloween yet! I just finished my fall decor last week. I will keep my pumpkins turned around from Jack o lanterns until Dec first and then do Christmas decor. Last year I left my tree up until after St Patrick's Day doing seasonal decor. As I am getting older, it is getting harder and harder doing everything out at one time. Doing a little at a time is working for me. I am really enjoying your videos.👵💜🎃👻👺💀🎃
I appreciate the early decorating ideas so I can purchase it in advance and plan what decor I'm going to add! Life is chaotic and busy, nothing wrong with being ahead
I have quite a bit of Christmas decor. I need to do the same as you and go through my bins to refresh my memory. Lol. I’m just planning on buying a few updated items. (I tend to overdo it) can’t wait to see your shop with me. Thanks for all the inspiration. ❤
Thank you for not decorating yet! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Like you, I’m planning and buying what I need for Christmas but am not even close to being ready to decorate yet. I can’t believe all the people that already have their houses decorated!
I love watching your channel and while I realize this is the trend on RUclips (Christmas decorating is in all my feeds) but it makes me so sad. I love to decorate as much as the next person. My local TJ Maxx didn't even have the Christmas totally out yesterday when I went. I am sure if the Fire Marshall came in they would have shut them down.
I know - it’s crazy! I’ve been out this week to look and trying to remember what I needed last year. It’s so hard to buy because I don’t have my Christmas out but I don’t want to miss out and then it’s 50% off at HL so there’s that pressure, too! 😝☺️ I’m sifting through what I just bought and returning what I feel like I got carried away on - reminding myself that just picking up a few new items a year is better.
Gosh Tiffany . We have the same style love for Xmas . Vintagey, classy but cozy ! I know what you mean about the books . I’m always on the hunt too but too expensive at antique shops . Tip . Scratch the side on the driveway to age the binding of the book . You and I would go crazy shopping together lol 😘🎅🏻Get some European or antique rub n buff to change any bell to vintagey lol
Love the mugs in the hutch with greenery. I may use picks instead of garland. Love the juniper berry ones. I have a set of red bowls that stack and have a snowflake on them. I think I will add some packing materials to exaggerate the stack. Thanks for sharing.
Good morning sunshine! Amazing ideas! Tiffany, they have some beautiful nutcrackers stained or unstained at Walmart. I love the idea of the wreaths on your outside windows....those are at HL. Can't wait until you start decorating.I decorate November 15. See ya in the next one my sweet friend! ❤️
I love the look of the vintage candy molds. I had a few for Easter but I’ve never found any for Christmas. If you ever find any let me know. Thank you.
Your idea’s sound very nice. I mix “bottle brush trees” with my regular small tree’s. I find it looking more natural appearing in a grouping of things. It adds variety and a bit of whimsy to an arrangement. I’m a more primitive person so my decorating leans more towards the old decorating items. Like the 1800’s through the early 1950’s. Like your tiny Santa Mugs, they’re from the’50s and your dough bowl and bell’s are 1800’s era. 💕🙏🙏
Great video Tiffany! Love these planning videos that you do but I love all of your videos. Always look forward to your posting. Thanks so much for all of your hard work 😊
I just came across you in my feed. I was trying to pay attention but I couldn't stop focusing on how stunning you are! I even called my husband over to look at you. :-) Beautiful eyes. Do you have garage sales in NE? That is where I see tons of antique books for so cheap. I'm in Texas and it's still 85-90 degress so we still have a lot of them. I loved the little charcuterie individuals at the place settings for your supper club. Adorable!
Agree in preparing but I'm just so undecided what theme I want. I have a five year old & 18 year old grandson i always want them to enjoy it too so since I can't seem to pick a theme I have decided that every room will have a different theme 😲😬😊 the main rooms I will make it red with lots of Santa Claus with multi color light for my 5 year old to enjoy a fun theme, 1 bedroom deer theme for my 18 year old the other bedrooms white Christmas & 3 bedroom more green natural theme. I know crazy right!? But I figure I don't know what next Christmas brings so will enjoy it now.
Do real vintage by shopping antique malls where prices are very good year-round. It would add authenticity to your displays. Love your early start and bringing these ideas to us! Thanks for all the tips and insights. linda from NE
We are on the same thought process for Christmas!.. i want to use a lot of bells lol..more natural greenery.. we have lots of magnolia trees in Ga.. Eucalyptus limbs.. ribbon.. I have a good collection of enamelware pots to put trees in. And crocks.. cant wait tonse what you do!!. Bring on all the inspiration ❤
I use those clear canisters and add antique transferware mugs as scoops. I also tie a greenery spring and some ribbon around the handle. This year I plan on putting my collected, vintage Santa mugs in one to have on display with my sugar, flour, etc. some nutmeg spray paint and white wax will give you that color of basket
Thank you for this video and the thought process. I can’t wait to see what you do. I am a red and white girl, but am doing the same this year. The giant bells you bought with the stars I have seen people use rub and buff to antique things like this, might give those a different tone. I finally subscribed can’t wait to watch
I have a big dough bowl on my kitchen table as well. I decorate it for every season! Absolutely love how it turned out last Christmas as I filled it with a variety realistic looking greenery, white lights, and vintage glass Christmas ornaments. I would love to see you decorate yours with several different ways! Can’t wait to see your Christmas decor videos!
Hey, great video, thanks so much. In relation to the greenery that is shown amongst the plates and bowls in one of your inspo photos, I would use greenery picks to create that rather than cutting up garland, probably more cost effective. Just an idea
7::57 It is called primitive my house is full of primitive it’s not called vintage closed to pictures that you show it at the beginning with the old cover the stack of plates that’s all called primitive not vintage
New to your videos and I love them! I feel as though you were speaking to me directly in the first 2 minutes of your video and how I sometimes feel when wanting to get out and get things other videos are showing! Lol! Love your sense of style and love the simplicity of what you want to create and how warm and inviting it is.
I would suggest the option of staining the wood nutcracker to whatever finish you want him to be rather than the lighter, unfinished wood that he is currently.
I like your tastes. You had the same misgivings as I did about some of the details on the items you showed. I think you'll have a gorgeous Christmas house this year
Love the bells…I bought some vintage looking small bells on fabric tape from target the other day I plan to use on a sled I got from HL last year…I agree buy early or it will all be gone…
CIAO TIFFANY MI CHIAMO ISABELLA E TI SCRIVO DALL'ITALIA E MI SONO ISCRITTA ORA ORA SUL TUO CANALE. MI È MOLTO PIACIUTO IL TUO VIDEO E TRA UN PO' VOGLIO VEDERE PURE GLI ALTRI. 😊😊😊
I was thinking about how you said you don’t like the actual green of the green trees you got at hobby lobby I think it would looks so nice if you spray on fake snow. It’ll help with the color and make it look like Christmas all at the same time 😊
Hi Tiffany, I loved all of your ideas. I just just a cozy, country Christmas look. You should go to Home Goods and look around. They have all kinds of beautiful greanery, real looking garland and tons of different kinds of bells and bell garland. I was surprised at the beautiful Christmas things they have this year...Have a great evening, Sharon from Montana
I decorated for Christmas 2 wks ago. Having 2 surgeries before the end of the yr. I did buy some more items today at Hobby Lobby as I gave away so much décor last yr. my house is looking a bit sparse We live on 80 acres in WI, so I like the woodsy look. I have a gingerbread/candy theme in the kitchen & my dinning room is patriotic Santa's & snowmen. My living & family rooms both have farmhouse décor. My main bathroom is Victorian, so fancier more golds & reds.
Fun planning video! I have evergreen wreaths on my windows hanging with ribbon - I bought them at Hobby Lobby in their floral section (not the Christmas section...the Christmas wreaths are too large). Fyi.
I agree with shopping early nowadays 👍 I really like your Pinterest pics ! I have pinned the same pics lol 😂 I like that rustic antique vintage Christmas too 🎄going for a bit different style this year too …. Glad I found your you tube videos
You have to shop Early. Hobby Lobby and Michael's have small wreathes. I can't wait to decorate for Christmas. I start in early November because I have 2 other houses to do. More fun for me. See ya later.
The tree in the basket may be just a tree topper (top portion) off of a bigger tree. Thanks for the bell garland idea on the wooden shutter. Love your video and ideas. Looking forward to seeing your home and Xmas ideas🤗
Yes please pink is beautiful but give me red and green for Christmas with gold and silver it has taken me decades to be able to collect my traditional decor I just change it up every year and use different ribbon.
Hi Tiffany, I love, love your Christmas decor ideas! On your brassy looking bells with the stars, you could paint them and dull the brassy color, it may elevate the look of the star cutouts? I’m excited to see what you end up doing, I’m sure it’s going to be beautiful! ❤️
You've really inspired me to add vintage items to my home. I just love the look of old items. Im also obsessed with those little bells and im praying my hobby lobby still has some when i go tomorrow 😅 You're home is going to be so warm and absolutely beautiful this holiday season. ❤🎄
Oh my I’m getting so excited for Christmas decorating. I’m going to go more simple this year lots of wreaths, garland with pops of red and cream! Can’t wait for your shopping videos.
Love all your ideas with the bells. I also love how intentional you are about your upcoming purchases. I’ve been out and about and love looking at all the new decor’ but I went thru all my Christmas decor last year and only kept what I absolutely love so I’m excited to open my bins up filled with just that. I’ve bought very little and really don’t plan to as I updated my decor the last couple of years and love what I have. PS I would never mind hearing the clicking on the floors from your sweet Charlie 😍
I'm going to "try" to decorate more minimal and "only" buy a few decir items thus year. Christmas is my favorite holiday and it's so easy to over-do it. I love all the decor ideas you have!!
Tiffany love the simplicity of the small wreaths/ribbons on the outside of the windows. A couple of thoughts with your bell theme going, you could use your small bell (ornaments) as napkin rings on your table. Also like the thought of your dough bowl filled with a combination of pinecones and some clove decorated oranges or if you want to stay red even pomegranates would be pretty with the pinecones ❤ Love that you plan out ahead with specific inspiration ideas.
Love the look your wanting to achieve this year! On the vintage books even if there newer I have found taking a sanding block and sand over the whole book will give you the aged look. I’ve done several cheap books I have found over the years.
Love your ideas and style! Happy decorating!
Can’t wait to see your home for Christmas- you have a great eye and beautiful style
Hello Tiffany!! I love your style you've chosen this year for your Christmas decor. I've been looking at the same styles for mine. It's so simple but so cozy!!! Can't wait to see you decorate!!! Take care God bless!!!
Yes!! So cozy!! Thanks for watching.
Hi Tiffany! New subbie😊 What's the link for the tiny bell ornaments?
❤yes please… I love those tiny bells❤
Agree about shopping early so you don't miss out! Just get some antiquing wax or stain for the nutcracker that is the wrong colour for your theme
I'm stoked to see what you end up with! I typically go all out for fall, lots of color everywhere. Thrift stores are a great place to find old books and at a budget price! 😊
I know exactly what you mean about Christmas decor, hobby lobby and target are all ready out of stock on a lot of items.
I can’t wait to see how you decorate for Christmas!🎄❤️
For your white houses, use battery operated twinkle lights. Just stick a small bunch in the holes in the bottom

Great video. I love all your ideas for the Christmas season. Greenery and bells together are so charming.
Want to find some vintage Santa mugs...like the way they look
So excited to see this Xmas plan with me 🎄 I’ve been rewatching all your Xmas videos these past few days💙
I appreciate the early decorating ideas so I can purchase it in advance and plan what decor I'm going to add! Life is chaotic and busy, nothing wrong with being ahead

You can use antiquing wax in brown on the books.
Loved this video!! Enjoyed your talking through ideas
I love those wee bells! I want to get them and change the jute rope to a velvet ribbon! Are they in your Amazon faves?
Good ideas 😊 thanks for sharing
You can make your gold jingle bells look more antique with rub and buff maybe!
Oh, good idea!!!! Thank you!
Link for the small bells?
Can’t wait to see the dough bowl with the little white houses, would be so pretty. I need to get a dough bowl, so versatile.🎄
Thank you for not decorating yet! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Took several screenshots of your Pinterest saves. Thanks for making this video!

Good morning! 🌞🌻
Very beautiful inspiration!
My first time seeing you! I am busting over the sleigh bells sign!!!! Can someone source that???
I’ve had good luck finding vintage aged books at my local Good will stores $3
I would suggest the option of staining the wood nutcracker to whatever finish you want him to be rather than the lighter, unfinished wood that he is currently.
I like your tastes. You had the same misgivings as I did about some of the details on the items you showed. I think you'll have a gorgeous Christmas house this year
Love the bells…I bought some vintage looking small bells on fabric tape from target the other day I plan to use on a sled I got from HL last year…I agree buy early or it will all be gone…
The little bells would make great napkin rings as well. You could even add a spig of greenery
Can't wait for all the great ideas. Love dough bowels
Love all your ideas. You making me want to go shopping for some new items and decor
Pottery Barn has the best Santa mugs! I invested in a set of 4 last year!
So many great ideas, love that you give us examples so we have a good idea of where you are going🥰
I love all your ideas.

Pottery Barn has the vintage Santa mugs. 👍🏼🎅🏼
I got some really cute Santa mugs on Etsy and at big lots for great prices.
I was thinking about how you said you don’t like the actual green of the green trees you got at hobby lobby I think it would looks so nice if you spray on fake snow. It’ll help with the color and make it look like Christmas all at the same time 😊
But the mess it creates 😂
It’s going to be lovely! Can’t wait to see it all come together! ❤ xo
Your ideas and visions are so beautiful Tiffany. Tfs😅
You need a panic attack coat for your dog it makes them feel secure

So true about the seasonal decor in stores
Hi Tiffany, I loved all of your ideas. I just just a cozy, country Christmas look. You should go to Home Goods and look around. They have all kinds of beautiful greanery, real looking garland and tons of different kinds of bells and bell garland. I was surprised at the beautiful Christmas things they have this year...Have a great evening, Sharon from Montana
Thank you so much! There is a gorgeous Home Goods by toy Hobby Lobby so I will have to go there. Thank you!
I decorated for Christmas 2 wks ago. Having 2 surgeries before the end of the yr. Fun planning video!
I have evergreen wreaths on my windows hanging with ribbon - I bought them at Hobby Lobby in their floral section (not the Christmas section...the Christmas wreaths are too large). Fyi.
Oh!! Thank you so much for that tip!
I agree with shopping early nowadays 👍 I really like your Pinterest pics ! I have pinned the same pics lol 😂 I like that rustic antique vintage Christmas too 🎄going for a bit different style this year too …. Glad I found your you tube videos
Thanks so much! 😊
You have to shop Early. Hobby Lobby and Michael's have small wreathes. I can't wait to decorate for Christmas. I start in early November because I have 2 other houses to do. More fun for me. See ya later.
So very true! Thanks for watching!
Hi Tiffany, so man great ideas! Just yesterday purchased some Christmas items for my coffee bar! Just the beginning, lol!
Love it!!
Those eyes ! waou beautiful
Beautiful ideas. I hear some static sound in the background, not the doggie walking around. Wonder if it’s just me.
Thank you for letting me know!
Gorgeous chandelier.
The tree in the basket may be just a tree topper (top portion) off of a bigger tree. Thanks for the bell garland idea on the wooden shutter. Love your video and ideas. Looking forward to seeing your home and Xmas ideas🤗
Thanks for the info!
Yes please pink is beautiful but give me red and green for Christmas with gold and silver it has taken me decades to be able to collect my traditional decor I just change it up every year and use different ribbon.
Love that!! Thanks for the tips!
Hi Tiffany,
I love, love your Christmas decor ideas!
On your brassy looking bells with the stars, you could paint them and dull the brassy color, it may elevate the look of the star cutouts?
I’m excited to see what you end up doing, I’m sure it’s going to be beautiful! ❤️
I love your decor planning videos! Christmas is especially fun!
Thank you!
You've really inspired me to add vintage items to my home. I just love the look of old items. Im also obsessed with those little bells and im praying my hobby lobby still has some when i go tomorrow 😅 You're home is going to be so warm and absolutely beautiful this holiday season. ❤🎄
That looks like Christopher Allen’s staircase and I love it! He has amazing decorating abilities! Enjoyed this video. Now you have inspired me too:)
First time viewer- you are adorable. Can’t wait to see your decorating.❤
Thank you so much 🤗
Oh my I’m getting so excited for Christmas decorating.
I love all your ideas ❤
