I totally agree. What this industry actually needs is your time plus consistency. Because you know what, when you don't get client for a long period of time, even after learning so much in it, you end up giving up the idea altogether. It's my experience don't loss hope. Just keep on honing your skills and carry on with your pitching. You will surely get what you're looking for.

Client ki rates aur the freelancer that I'm hiring unki rates mein Kitna difference hona chaiyai.
Let's say my client is paying me 6pkr per word to freelancer that I'm going to hire unki rate ki kia range honi chaiyai?
Pay them a good local rate. What do you think a good writer charges in the local market, pay them that. Your writer’s rate should not depend on the client. It is up to you to find clients paying a rate that makes it worthwhile to hire a writer at a decent local rate

Pay them per hour instead. $5-10 per hour should be fine
