@@ThatShitGood Not just Hardcore but Brutal Death Metal... problem is, bands from the later era were imitating what bands like Despised Icon, The Red Chord, and Suicide Silence were doing rather than taking influence from Hardcore and Brutal Death Metal just as they had done. Much like a clone, if you clone the clone, there will always be more defects than the original clone. The sound has shifted so much. I much prefer this wave of Deathcore.
The pig squeals made me kek so fucking hard. God, this band is so great.

The video is awkward because it's obviously meant to be styled as an old school hardcore music video. DI said on their Fb that this song is a tribute to old school hardcore bands like Madball, Terror and Hatebreed that partially inspired the music they make.
