I just recently purchased a Henry Big boy side gate in 44 mag and the octagon barrel had a pretty terrible blemish about 6 inches long from the bluing process - I tried to polish it out but it is still there. The forend also developed a tiny little crack after only maybe 20-30 shots, not what I was expecting at all from Henry.

@@matterickson5993 have you reached out to their customer support? I got all my issues fixed with a quick turnaround.
Put in a claim with Henry and have them fix the issues….you paid good money for that rifle, best of luck and keep us posted.
I already did and had it shipped off. Once it is back I will make another video of my experience.
Usa made firearms have issues with quality control. Euro guns are fine
